Well I'll be honest and say that the stuff themselves to make some mistakes but they're human two I'm a disabled War veteran with the medical assist. Dog Just not the problem the owner is the problem if she discriminates against people who I have a medical dog assisting that states right on her harness that she's medical assist dog and the woman comes over and starts waving her keys and my face before she even tells me who she is and tells me that I can't have the dog and his store so on and so forth so I tell her I'm on more vet this is a medical assistance on it so poor she starts waving her hand to my face telling me she owns the place and it doesn't matter that day there's no sticker on the door that said medical assistance welcome well the day before that it wasn't there I called the head office and to this day they still have not contacted me in regards to it even though I contacted their corporate office the Discrimination by this woman Carrie's on somewhere else too look at the stop in the Tim Hortons and I'm not a racist person but at the same token this woman should not be discriminating against anybody and if Tim Hortons themselves can't fix this issue then that's an embarrassment for the corporate part of the store this business and when they sell franchises they should do a much more thorough check of people you know on the way that that lady behavior is very unprofessional I would not want somebody like that owning a business in my name or under my father's name whoever just unacceptable Behavior by the owner not the manager not to stop I've had nothing but and I mean I've been going there every day for four months taking the dog in with me getting her a plain donut and me a breakfast bagel every morning and then sometimes I go to three times throughout the day to get a coffee and the dog would go with me and get a donut and now this woman just cut her own throat because literally if she's losing a fortune on me are used to going every morning it's been a minimum of $12 in the morning so you know you do the math and this one is about as smart as a bag of hammers that's all I can say but don't blame the stop because the stopper only doing what they've been taught to do you know what I mean there's a chain of command don't blame me the guy at the front desk they do their best at places overwhelmed sometimes me personally I applaud the stock and the manager...
Read moreExperience at this Tim Hortons since the New Renovations is Horrible. Dining Area was Designed Poorly. Kitchen was Designed Nicely, For Employees. If you don't want People to Eat Inside, Renovate the Tims to be a Walk In or Drive Through Tims only with No Dine In Area, instead of what is going on inside currently. This Location is Poorly Managed, Managers and Shift Leaders have given up on being Prideful of the Day To Day Operations of the Store. Employees are Badly Trained at this Location, Food Quality is Garbage and Double Charges for this Location happen often since the Renovation. Bathrooms are always Locked. Location is Consistently Dirty. Next to No Cleaning happens at This Location. Health and Safety at this Location is not taken Seriously. If I was a Health and Safety Inspector, I would Shut this Place down. Phone Reception inside this Tim Hortons has not Worked since Renovation, to the Anger of Many, Many Customers. If you don't want People to Sit Down and Eat, don't have a Dining Area. Simple. This Location would Fail a 5S Audit, BADLY.
Coffee at all Tims Locations have changed, since their Dispute with Farmers who Grow the Arabica Beans. Their New Coffee is Garbage, McDonalds is better.
Also, this Location is VERY, VERY Stingy with Promotional Sales. DO NOT RUN A PROMOTION IF WE CANNOT BUY AS MUCH AS WE WANT. IT IS OUR MONEY WERE GIVING YOU. WE SHOULD NOT BE RESTRICTED IN HOW MUCH WE BUY, PERIOD.

PSA To the Owner of This Location. If you cannot Successfully Manage Multiple Locations, you should either Sell one of the Locations you Own or Downsize. Having Proper Resource Allocation to Run a Day To Day Operation at Tim Hortons is Important. Stop being a Greedy Pig and tanking the Quality of Multiple Tims Locations in exchange for Profit. It's Wrong and...
Read moreI want to take a moment to share my experience at the Tim Hortons. I’ve visited this place multiple times, and while I’ve encountered a few hiccups, the staff has consistently impressed me with their service.
During one morning rush, I ordered a coffee, but it was unfortunately made incorrectly. I understand that things can get hectic during peak hours, so I didn’t let it bother me. However, what stood out was my visit later that evening. The same staff that had been bustling around in the morning greeted me with a smile, and I felt a genuine warmth in their approach.
This time, I ordered my coffee without any fuss, and the team was attentive and ensured my order was perfect. Their willingness to engage positively, despite the earlier mix-up, showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s this level of service that makes all the difference and keeps me coming back.
I truly appreciate how they handled my experience—turning a potential disappointment into a pleasant interaction. It’s rare to find a place where the staff not only acknowledges mistakes but also goes the extra mile to make things right.
I highly recommend this Tim Hortons location for their excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the team for your dedication—I look forward to...
