Drove to eat pizza pizza specially. Front girl was on training or new she was super nice good customer service but because I asked if they can mix sauce for the base she did not know and asked the girl at the back.

The girl from the back came she had bad attitude and did not know how to treat a customer. Asked for a large pizza with 5 wings 4 toppings came up to $30 or little more but then they had a deal for $31 something which came up to large pizza with 3 topping and 10 wings, 1 dip and 4 pop which was a better deal.

But as you can see in my bill I am not sure why she still charged me for the dip.

Customers service should be with a smile if a customer is asking you questions to answere them and instead of pop asked if I could get one dip instead and that was a no which is okay because some places do give it to you instead of getting pop but understandable.

Even if you look at the wings they are small 3 drums and rest were the same we all tiny.

I would recommend owner or franchise to work on the customer service training treat customer with a smile even if you’re saying no there is a way of saying no.

I wouldn’t go to this location.

The girl who was new was nice and had good customer service and the experienced one was just a big no so much attitude she felt like she was supervisor then the new girl.

Anyways wouldn’t come at this location again

My sister and mom went to get a pizza and asked for steak, goat cheese, and jalapeños. They came home with the pizza, and when I opened it, there were only jalapeños. I called the number I found online, and before explaining the issue, I specifically asked if this was something that had to be dealt with in person. Instead of answering directly, the person on the phone asked me a bunch of questions, wasted my time, and then told me to go in person anyway.

So, my sister and mom went back, only to be told that they don’t even have goat cheese or steak—something that should have been mentioned when they placed the order. Instead of trying to fix the mistake, the staff were unhelpful. They did say they could add feta cheese, but that’s not even close to what we wanted. At that point, it felt like they just didn’t care. Unfortunately, my sister just decided to leave it and brought the pizza home.

It’s frustrating to deal with poor customer service and constant order mistakes, especially since this happens at so many fast food places here. The lack of communication and unwillingness to help only make these experiences worse. This Pizza Pizza was my last straw. I just hope that after reading this review, the staff will do better.
