Terrible experience. The restaurant had more than half our order incorrect and contained raw food. Spent over 30 min with customer service because the actual location would not answer the phone. Eventually was just blind transferred to the location once they were able to get them on the phone and got to start all over. Manager Tarn was extremely difficult to deal with. Demanded that we return all of the food in order to get a refund. I took it all back where it was inspected to ensure I wasn’t lying. Then a cash refund was issued instead of refunding the credit card. No receipt provided for this portion of the transaction. Why? She couldn’t access the debit terminal. Seems unlikely since that’s how the transaction was processed. Trying to save on transaction fees? Awesome. Not once did anyone apologize for the incorrect order, the raw food, or the simple inconvenience of the entire scenario. Instead I was greeted with skepticism and questioned. In the end I received a refund so I guess that’s good? Again, absolutely terrible experience. Will never return. Tarn and team, I suggest possibly participating in some sort of customer service training. Read a book? Article online? You can do better. Just pretend to care even a little bit and you’ll be fine. Read morePretty disappointed been coming here a lot and it seems like they are too busy and understaffed. The location on bovaird and Conestoga is even worse service so I have no choice but to come here the staff seems very friendly but I think they have too much going on almost every time I come here my order is wrong or missing something. Today my order was simple yet still wrong I got home. With my 1/4 chicken meal dinner and there was no sauce in the dinner no ketchup but I got butter for the bread. And by the time I got home I was not driving back to get chelet sauce but again what is swish chelet 1/4 chicken meal with bread fries and no chelet sauce it’s all just dry food it went straight in the garbage and I had to order a pizza. This is pretty sad and disappointing I get mistakes happen but missing parts of the order almost every time I come here is getting a little bit out of hand the staff is really nice and really polite but they can’t seem to get the orders correct not sure what is going on but it needs to be fixed but in a bright note I got extra fries that fill the spot of where the chelet sauce normally sits but too bad I had nothing...

My fiance has a bad back and when the middle aged hostess finally returned, we had requested a booth for our party. She rudely declined and said it's not going to happen.
The booths were literally 10 feet away from where most people were already sitting, and she said it's "closed" and that her server should've already left 30 minutes ago... Excuse me? The restaurant was open for another 2 hours, and I'm being told sob stories because she's too lazy to clean a booth?
Linda is a wonderful server and unfortunately I did not see her when coming in today, but her service is always exceptional. Mostly everyone else at this location seems like a part time gig worker who doesn't care about anyone or anything.
