Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Brampton

Don't even waste your time at this location. Stood in the place not just once but on several occasions for more then 5 mins. The 2 staff members look up and see you. They don't say hi they don't say one moment they just ignore you. They come take your order when it serves them best. These are the types of people that pizza nova let's buy their franchise ? I have never had a bad experience at pizza nova till coming to this location. I work in the area and always like getting pizza but I will not go back here. Even other customers stand in line and start talking to each other about what a joke the service is. I only gave a 1 because that's the lowest I can select. If one of the two guys working during the days are the owner. You nee retraining. If the owner is not there then maybe you need to watch how your staff treats people and ignores them. This is not the closest Pizza Nova to my house. I like to order it and pick it up myself. I'm sure we've all got a basic favorite pizza design. I mean.. who doesn't? I order it from here. Why? When I requests specifics that's exactly what I get.. every time. If a pizza maker is not making every Pizza with the love and attention he would as though he were making it for his own family... I won't be returning. I'm not a chef or a food critic from Italy...I'm just a Canadian guy capable of consuming a med. in 10 minutes. The gentleman operating this particular location obviously takes the time to dice the toppings and spread them evenly.. is also evident he is perfectly aware of the exact temperature at which a pizza should be cooked. If you live around here, specify this location. Pick it up yourself.. and come alone... your pizza should sit up front with you. Yeah .. go ahead muck a slice or three while...

I have been coming to this location for many years, Steve and his long time staff do a great job making pizza and making their customers feel like family. Their pizza always tastes fresh and wonderful, you can tell they care about what they do. I have tasted many different pizza from different companies and they do not compare to Pizza Nova. Their prestigious customer service and pizza keeps me coming back. I have seen how Steve and his staff interact with other customers and they are the same with them too!
