With increasing food prices every dollar counts. Every hard earned dollar counts. And every encounter counts, because it says a lot about the establishment and how they value customers.
The chicken I purchased from this location recently was no where I had experienced previously. That I was shocked to find that the quality I reviewed was poor. The chicken did not seem fresh it was as if it was refried to make it seem fresh. The breast I had was not juicy but extremely dry it was hard to swallow.
Restaurants have a duty to ensure their quality standards are maintained by the workers who are serving the public and representing their establishment. I was quite surprised that this was the same restaurant that received a raving review. I will commend a good experience, and review the ones that are bad ones to warn people not to waste your hard earned money.
To the owners, Please make the necessary changes to ensure the food quality remains fresh and consistent. Otherwise, you will loose the people who support your location and forcing us to become home chefs instead of investing in take out. Its quite disappointing getting subpar food. I think training needs to be reestablished and cooks need to adhere to the quality standard set out by the franchise. Otherwise you are also killing the rep of the franchisee.
I have been to several franchise locations. And I must say this locations food is consistently good. The food is tasty, could have a little more famous seasoning on the chicken however other than that it's rated good for consistency which other locations don't have. Good to go! When the food was opened at home, the food was terribly undercooked, the taters were stale, refried and covered in salt. More than half the food had to be thrown away. I had severe runs for the next few days, and a severe stomach ache. My cousin went to bed hungry as she had to leave a drive back across The province. The family feast deal includes 2 salads, and we received only one. We called to let them know the same night Jan 21st, and the lady (Cam or Kam) said they will replace the food for us. Today, the 28th, we called back to have the order replaced. They changed the march of their beat, saying they will only give us a 20% discount, and they never replace food. A guy took the phone, and kept asking me for the order #. Every attempt to give it to him, he kept interrupting me before I could give it to him. I asked him if he enjoys running his business by near poisoning people, and he just laughed. It was at this time, I chose to terminate the call rather than give him a piece of my mind.
Public Health and all other governing bodies: You may want to check these people running this facility out, as it seems they have no issue selling undercooked chicken to the public...
