The WORST experience ever at this location. If you want to get humiliated go to this location in Brampton on queen street and torbram.I wasn’t treated with respect at all and given attitude by Britney (called her self manager of that location). She ignored me 5 times just to get my ice cream order. I Placed two different orders via kiosk .first one never got fulfilled. When they called me for second one,I asked what about my first order which was placed 4 spots earlier than 2nd one. Brintny the server said while ignoring me completely in a rude tone “will get to it when I can “and upon asking for cup for ice-cream she said cups are done. When I approached second time I was ignored and was told to wait and was ignored. After 20 mins I approached again as my first number dropped from screen and again Britney said you gota wait, not a pleasant tone at all. I decided to check to see what was happening with that simple order as everyone was served and no more orders left to be filled . Over 30 mins have been past and first batch of ice cream was melted and my kids were getting tired of waiting. At this point I was hopeless and disappointed and asked to speak to manager and Britney introduced herself as manager. I asked to speak to someone higher and Rasim introduced her self as manager as well. She was unprofessional to deal with and didn’t provide any information and refuse to provide store managers name or company’s protocol to handle customer complaint. She kept saying go on google and add review and that’s how we handle complaints. She refused to provide anymore details. That’s not all, while she was dealing with me she tried taking an order from cx.. how lame you can’t handle one cx and taking other( highly unprofessional) finally wasting 20 mins of my valuable time she got another gentlemen who introduced him self as supervisor name Daran. At the point I was frustrated with how situation was handled and had no energy left to deal with them. He gave me number to call and complaint with in 3 mins. Why McDonald waisted over an hour of my time and provided horrific experience for my kids. I rather buy stuff from other stores than McDonald where they value my business and treat me with respect as human being. Never going back to that store and if google allows I will give -negative remarks for this location.If their managers don’t know how to handle their cx or treat them with respect imagine how McDonald’s employees will treat you. Read moreThe night shift crew and manager have bad attitude and poor customer service. After midnight, I went to the McDonald's location and made simple 2 separate orders at the speaker, then drove up to the 1st window. But there was no one there, so I drove to the 2nd window. The person at window 2 told me I cannot pay there and asked that I reverse to the 1st window instead and pay. I tried telling her several times that the 1st window was not staffed when I got there, and she said that she cannot accept my payment because, she doesn't have a cash register at the 2nd window, so I have to go back. I did. Now I'm at the 1st window (again) and pay for order #1, then I told the girl I need to pay for order #2, and she tells me it's OK, go to the 2nd window, and I did. Then the person at window 2 tells me I didn't pay. I told her I know, and I tried to pay, but the girl at window 1 told me to drive to window 2, so I'm here now. So the 2nd person tells me that I can't pay at window 2, I told her I'm not reversing again, and she can take my payment, and she insist that she can't because she doesn't have a cash register at her window. I told her I've never heard of that before - after arguing back and forth for a few mins, I demand my refund of $9.82. She asks if I want it by cash or on my card; I say my card. So she gave me the debit pinpad with a $6.00 refund on the display. I said the amount is incorrect and I paid $9.82. She tried to argue with me, until I started yelling at her. Then she makes the correction and hands me the pinpad again. I asked why she lied and said that she can’t accept payments at her window, but now she’s giving me the debit machine, so that means she could have taken my payment all along. She said she didn’t lie. I said yes you did, because you said you don’t have a register at your window, but here you’re giving me the machine to make a refund, so you could accept payments as well. Then she said she thought I was going to pay by cash. I said “you never asked me how I was going to pay. And if I paid by debit at the 1st window, then why wouldn’t I do it at the 2nd window.” I still haven’t gotten my refund on my card yet, so now I demand cash. She returns with the cash of $9. Now I’m mad and yell at her – again that I want my $0.82. and she gives it to me. Now I’m mad and hungry This location is so unprofessional and the staff (she is an incompetent liar). This is my 2nd time in 2 months that I’ve had major issues with this location – including direct issues with the manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Save yourself...
Read moreSo I went through the drive through and ordered 3 combos, first the order wasn't right. Well how do you forget to put fries for the combo? not a big deal I proceeded with driving as I was running late for my kid's basketball game. I had some of the fries I noticed a big blond long hair that could not be missed. Just my luck I have a hair phobia so at that point i just made the U turn back to McDonald's as I knew I wasn't going to eat that meal. I was a little upset as I already had a few fries. You can just imagine I just kept feeling like there was hair in my mouth. Once I walked in I noticed no one has hair nets and everyone's hair looked all greasy hair. Disgusting! I just ate some of that. I Spoke with the manager that was going to give me another fries but who wants that plus my burger was cold by then so I just asked for a refund on my combo. Well I drank my drink by then so she refunded me for the burger and the fries only then she said to me whenever I am in the area to come in for a free meal. Well we all know that I can't just walk into McDonald's and ask for a free meal so I said to her why don't you just refund me my combos but of course it's not part of the policy in fact I think she just offered to just make it sound better to the customer.
