If I can rate my experience this day at no stars I would but very Horrible manager there that day on November 7 at about 10:15 named Areesha. Extremely rude and disrespectful. She displayed her frustration by throwing the monopoly cups that they were saying they didn’t have by throwing the left overs in the trash as I had requested to purchase my coffee. Areesha the Manager now grabs x-large cups that don’t have monopoly stickers on them and starts throwing the brand new still in the plastic cups onto the floor. About 4 of them she is angrily throwing them in the floor. So basically contaminating the products very unprofessional. Food safety?? How is she even a manager? This is not the way to behave. I now start saying something about her behaviour and how she’s contaminating the products and than your gonna take those items back off the floor and now contaminate your hands and everything else like really?? I have worked in the costumer service field and this is not exceptable. She’s unfriendly, and treats her costumers with lack of respect. And her behaviour runs off on also the cashier that was there that day at 10:15 November 7 on the Thursday. She too was not a Pleasent person to deal with. Order 2 breakfast combs Sausage and egg and bacon with egg.
Got NO bacon and didn't realize till we left Because we ordered take out.
Both hash browns were under cooked. How do you mess that up if you use a timer.... maybe the oil wasnt hot enough? It was definitely clean oil though. So thats a plus
Ordered a black coffee and it was freshly brewed which ment it was super hot which i can appreciate. Asked if they had a sleave and the manger started to be demeaning and said were are not tim hortons and i still was very nice not being mean . But the manager was so rude and explained to me that the cups were double lined. And finally she gave me another cup etc.
I guess the manager needs to reassess her work career as i understand the service industry is very challenging but dont be a B about it....
She literally left a bad tastes in my mouth and because of her i wont go back to that location...
McDonald's is a giant i guess loosing me wont be a big deal but everyone should be aware that kindness goes a long way. You are in the service industry, smile and be greatful for what you have... Your staff see it all. Lead by example...

The manager, Cintle, not even sure if that's correct because she borderline refused to give me her name, spelling it at the speed of lightning, till I had to speak to her like a toddler like please slow it down... Not the first time they've gotten my order completely wrong, this time really irritated me because we ubered there, spent $23, came home and realized it was not the right order... They called the right number on the receipt... So I assumed the workers did their job correctly and there's no need for me to open the bags right then and there and search through everything. I called and let the manager know the issue, and basically got nowhere. She said she basically can't help me unless I come back in, to which I explained I don't live in the area, and I just took a taxi...
