Poor experience at Quesada at the Bovaird and Hurontrio location in Brampton on Nov 12,2016...I will not return.
There is always a reason why a restaurant is next to empty. Anyhow the real issue related to the food. There was only one choice of rice to choose from which was btown rice that looked dry. Secondly the flame grilled chicken looked far from grilled but rather pale. Upon eating the chicken it was quite rubbery and I literally spit it out. The person making my burrito barely wanted to put toppings despite the fact I was paying for a large burrito. So I had to ask her to put more beans and onions. I wanted to get some green peppers added but I was told it would cost me 75 cents extra. I decided not to pay extra for green onions as it would not be worth it given that this server was barely putting enough toppings on the burrito. Also, since when is it common for one to pay 75 cents for green peppers, I haven't heard of it and I certainly find that to be a rip off.
Then when the server was in the middle of applying toppings, she asks me what sauce do I want. I told her that I would like to have the sauce after she has put all the toppings. She told me she couldn't do that because it would be too messy!!!! I couldn't believe it. I then told her I want the sauce to be put after and she told me she would not do that. I was upset over that for several reasons which I won't get into...... So she then applied sour cream and chipotle and she barely put any sauce. What happen to customer satisfaction, I guess that is not one of their motto's or goals. Sauce is generally applied after all the toppings are in the burrito. I strongly recommend that the servers are trained further or the polices are adjusted to satisfy customers.
My experience was horrible and I strongly recommend that changes be made and people think twice before going...

Poor review is for one of the attendant (wouldn't mention the name, you might have experienced too with her) who was frowning and very disappointed at us in our both visits. Despite of giving clear instructions what all I want in my meal, she was always confused and making faces when I was trying to tell and ask more about the order. Not a single restaurant in Brampton has this kind of customer service. And to mention the place was not at all crowded, only two customers in each of our visits. First time I thought it might be her bad day so ignored, but this time here I am! Disappointment was so noticeable on her face while serving; it actually made the food we purchased leave bitter taste in our mouth. Sitting there we did not enjoy the food at all and constantly felt sarcastically teased. At the same time one of; may be their regular customer even asked her why she is angry all the time. Which means this attitude of hers is very common and the owner seems to be ok with it. I felt very unwelcomed, I wouldn't be returning to this place in future. Apparently another attendant compensated for her...
Read moreJust came from the resolution drive location in brampton.... I actually would prefer to gave zero stars.. worst experience ever. Server was questioning the money we were paying with, first of all they assumed it was US dollars when in fact it was Canadian dollars... then the cashier went on to say she is not sure about this money.. here we are simply trying to purchase dinner and was treated in a very discriminatory and disrespectful manner. She then went on to say they had a previous bad experience which should be used as judgement for future customers, if you have had bad experiences you need to find a professional and respectful manner to assess future situations. They were very unpleasant and rude and it was the worst experience. I will be filing a formal complaint to the customer bureau as this is unacceptable... and will also be contacting the manager regarding...
