Mr. Singh's Pizza Bovaird — Restaurant in Brampton

OK, so there are a couple of things that I want to bring it to the attention of the people here, first the atmosphere was really bad tables were really dirty. There were only two tables. I mean man come on wipe those tables, only two tables, it’s not a family restaurant fine dining with 50 tables. It’s only two tables just swipe it up. Secondly we ordered a thick crust pizza they came up with the Pizza, no doubt it was on time they said 15 minutes so it was about 15 to 20 minutes but it’s fine. Taste was OK not really great. I have tried other places. I guess the only reason why this place is popular because it’s fully vegetarian that would be the only reason for me to come here for the next time, if I wanna come here, maybe one day if I’ll become a vegetarian, I can come here but still trust me. There are many other better places than this. This is not even close. Third, the most important thing, we ordered to thick crust pizza, guy came back with the pizza which was it was a regular crust. We told him, he was like no this is our thick crust and maybe the dough has not risen properly. Maybe that would be the reason and Eventually they said they will make our pizza again. We only waited Maybe for 10 minutes. The guy came back with the pizza, and me with my two other friends we couldn’t believe he brought the same pizza back, no different. After finding this new place wanted to go and try it out. Having ready all the reviews and none for vegan pizza, I wondered if this would be good.

All vegetarian is a huge plus for us, and then vegan options wow. When talking to girl about some items had a chance to talk to the owner/ manager Mr Harpreet. His service just blew our minds. His attention to details and care to customer service was top notch. Even if the food was no good, we would just return for good service.

Vegan Plant Bites - really tasty and perfectly mildly spiced. So tender and you take a bite and you want more.

Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo bites - similar tasting and looking to the plant bites and amazing. A slight crunch of the cauliflower. For veggie lovers.

Vegan Plant Tenders - Crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. Tasted like the real thing. Will go very well with a nice spicy dip.

The two vegan pizzas - the crust a bit thin for me as I prefer a thicker crust. The sauce and toppings went so well. Dairy free Cheeze just enough. The mildly Indian touch was amazing and cilantro a bit more than required.

The manager gave us an off menu item complimentary - vegan fries made from chickpea flour. They are OK. Too dry when we eat them. We tried dipping in the sauces provided and still it was a bit dry. It also tasted a bit too bland. It does need a bit of...

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your Brampton West location (185 Fletchers Creek Blvd, Brampton, ON L6X 0Y7).

On Friday, September 19, 2025, I placed an order two hours in advance through your online portal for pickup at 6:00 PM. • Order Number: 388845

I arrived on time, only 2 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, yet when I got home — which is just a 5-minute drive — I found that all of the pizzas were completely cold. This makes it very clear they were prepared far too early, reheated, and then handed to me. The quality was completely unacceptable and ruined my family’s meal.

When I called central customer service to report the issue, I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes, repeatedly transferred, and made to wait just to speak with someone who could make a decision. When I was finally connected to the store, the staff lied and claimed I was 10 minutes late, which is completely false. Even if I had been a few minutes late, fresh pizza does not go stone cold in that short time.

Instead of taking responsibility, the store blamed me and avoided resolving the issue. This is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to a paying customer.
