Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Brampton

The worst experience i have ever had with Mr sub and with this location. Its for the very first time i ordered something , veggie and cheese sub. I chose multigrain bread i have got white one and on top of that it was toooo salty. And i informed staff before making any review they said either you can pick up the new one or we can not do anything. After waiting for another phone call which at the end i had to do it they said their owner told them neither they are going to refund the amount nor they are doing to deliver it. I did uber eats beacuse i have no vehicle to go to or someone with me to go on my behalf. At the end they put me on hold and they hung up the phone. Is this the customer and food service you guys are providing? It was beenal and one other girl i do not know the names properly they have not mentioned that. Its a big venture right and they do not have even a single person to deliver and rectify their mistake. I would never recommend anyone to go for Me sub specialt to this location. I had multiple issues at this location , 2 of 3 with the same with the same person, 1 was ordering a breaded chicken sandwich and getting a pepper chicken something, has to listen to the employee telling me that what I ordered, only to have the lady behind me correct her. Today I ordered a assorted with...blah, blah, blah, and a "STRIP" of secret sauce , told her twice, also a STRIP of mustard......turned my back for 30 seconds, it looked like I ordered a freekin assorted soup...when I said "I said strip", she just continued to say I never said strip....multiple times, she just keep arguing with me.... I never said soup either....told her where to go, what she could do with the soup and I left.....I never go there again , I can't comment on the food because everytime it has been a screwup....if I could give a 0 for...

Owner is great to customers, however he treats his staff like absolute garbage! I have been coming to this location for years and his behaviour towards his staff is disgusting and I will no longer be supporting this location. His staff have to work long hours with no break and are in the restaurant late at night by themselves, which is completely unsafe. I have watched him train his staff and you can tell they are terrified by this man who is clearly a bully! He is rude to them in front of customers, and treats them with no respect. I really wish I did not have to leave a review like this, but I can no longer keep quiet when I see this type of behaviour....
