Nitro Cow Gelato — Restaurant in Brampton

So usually I dont review places even if im not pleased, but I have to do this one. So I ordered 4 milkshakes at nitro cow brampton. Chocolate, mango, strawberry, and chocolate/cookies n creme mix. First of all, there are no prices listed for milkshakes anywhere on the menu online or in store. When I ordered on the phone, the person said it was 7.99 for a regular sized shake. When I paid, they were all different prices. When I asked her, she said it's cause some shakes have more ingredients. It took her a total of 30 min to make 4 shakes. She made them one at a time, probably cause she was using only one blender. She had to wash the container after every shake she made. By the time I walked out, they had all melted and looked like chocolate milk. She also said that she didn't add any sugar to the shakes, which I never knew was a thing. But I watched her add a boat load of chocolate syrup and strawberry syrup to the shakes. The server was extremely polite and not well informed on the ingredients, I believe. Cause apparently, syrup is not sugar! By the time I tried the shake, it tasted like extremely sweet chocolate milk. I would rate it a 2 out of 10. Oh, the best part was that the strawberry milkshake cup was only 60% full. So poor quality and quantity control! I will post the picture for ppl to see and make the decision for themselves. Personally, I would avoid this place if you dont wanna be...

Went into the restaurant on a Friday evening at 5 o'clock. Waited a few minutes for the woman to finally come out to the front. I asked for a bubble tea. She went to go make it, and another woman came into the restaurant to get ice cream.

The clerk stopped making my drink and went over to serve the woman who had just come in. I thought it would only take a quick second for her to serve her so I was fine to let her do that. But then the woman who came in started getting samples of Everything Single Flavor. The clerk did not even say to her "hold on a minute.I need to finish this woman's order" No, she just kept helping her and looking at me and smiling sheepishly. Finally, after the woman tasted every flavor and still couldn't decide what she wanted, I said to the clerk " okay, that's enough.You can go make my drink now". She had the nerve to look to the other customer as if to ask for permission first.???

Seriously terrible...

The first time we came here we got to meet the owner and hear her story and future plans for this place. At the time the flavours were amazing and the place was clean. Today we returned and unfortunately we were met with disappointment because of how dirty the place was. At soon as we entered it looked like the floor needed a good sweep, the displace case has dust accomulating on top where the showcase of "different sized cups" had a werid white liquid drizzled in the smallest cup. Looked unappealing, looking into the display case majority of the ice creams didn't have label's and when asking the employee they themselves were unsure of what flavors they had. I kept mentioning hopefully not as subtly as I thought that the ice cream was melting and was developing foam on...
