Not enough, and bland taste. Ease of ordering: Extremely easy to place an order online. Customer Service: Takes pride to be busy. But, like a late clock work. Reach early and you will be shown the clock, and reach on time and you will wait. Food: Tastes good. No salt. Completely bland. Not spicy at all. No option to configure spice level. Kathi roll size too small and not at proportion with it's $13 upward lunch price. Overall: Had to cook a proper egg and roti roll at home, after having this fancy roll. It rekindled my appetite even more, while the roll fell short by 1/3rd that of Osmos. In my order: 2 kathi rolls, and an order of "momo's".

EDIT: The business responded to this review defensively. Of course the customer is wrong! Few points to clarify: Yes, there is an option to setup spice level on the online order form, unfortunately it wasn’t taken into consideration in my case. The business deflected my statement and said order was delivered “right on time” - that’s false. Sorry to hear you can’t correct course instead blame the customer! Sad. If you yourself tell customers you are “very busy” and there then there is no one to attend them at the counter and if they have to wait beyond their delivery time in this situation, then yes it’s a late order and yes there need to be staff trained to be on the front. Not to defend google reviews. For the kathi roll price posted it does comes to $13 to $15. As I said before your kathi rolls are not sufficient even with the so called add-ons, which were missing in quantity and taste btw, but just fancy. Hope that helps!

EDIT 3: The kathi roll business seem to prove me wrong even if entails telling serious lies and playing blame game in the public. We entered the store at 12:40 but delivery was done 10 minutes later after none of the employees failed to show up and were busy at the back of the store. We paid in total $45 for three items, I regret spending this money as it could have got me a good dinner meal in that price point. By now I am convinced this place is over hyped after discussing my story with my friends and family and listening to their such experiences. My final thoughts: Lacks customer service skills. Lying is not acceptable at all. Apology for this bad experience through a quick message to get things right would have been enough. Seriously overhyped. They might have a good image before but under the new management they seem to have lost it. Food not at par with price point. Bad experience till now, since the business is countering and lying on the face. What can I expect more from such...

I liked their Butter Chicken Egg Kathi Roll and my wife loved their Bombay Veg. and Egg kathi Roll the most. They are open until late nights, the line-up is long considering it's popularity, but they are a to go or take out place only; no dine in.

Well, it would defeat the purpose if you make street food a Dine-in experience. Street food is to be enjoyed while standing or parking your car on the streets right in the middle of the hustle-bustle of a busy market, cars honking around you, stray animals crossing the roads, and hawkers yelling at the top of their voices trying to sell their products (please don't expect such ambience in Canada though, LOL)!

Along with your food, ordering Milk/lactose free shakes from their partner brand Holy Shakes is a must or I may say a ritual. Order their Chocolate Truffle shake (topped with a slice of Chocolate truffle pastry, doing a balancing act on the rim of your shake's jar, demanding to be eaten right away in response, as an applaud, no kidding) or the Almond thick shake (with nutty crushed almonds in it), or both if you are brave enough; and you won't regret your decision.

I would recommend ordering your food at least 30 minutes prior to reaching there if you are picking it up. I would go back to try other dishes, shakes,...

First of all if a customer is waiting 1 hour 45 minutes to get his/her snack size food . There is a serious problem in a restaurant which needs to be corrected immediately. I wonder if they have a drive through you'll probably have no teeth and find yourself in wrinkles and grey hair because congrats you'll be old by the time you reach their window. So I ordered online from their website because I knew it would take time .. website is basic No real work has done on it . I ordered chicken kathi roll , Mac and cheese and a overpriced 15$ shake . Chicken was raw inside the Kathi roll . Mac and cheese was a total disaster . After 2 spoons my stomach gave up and had to throw it .. shake was fine as cheese cake on top was good most likely outsourced .. other than that shake was flat with barely any flavor in it . Milo mixed in skim milk. I was one of the victims of tik tok videos where some so called food bloggers suggest to be the finest. I would rate them negative if possible because of the bad food with outrageous pricing. Take your hard earned money and time somewhere else not at...
