I am a dedicated daily Tim Hortons customer. I usually get the same thing all the time. I have found that when you purchase a large French vanilla it usually doesn't always come full and looks more like I medium. So I usually tell the people working their if they could please fill it up to the top. No one ever has a problem when I ask them to do it. Every time I come to this location I always seem to get the same lady that gets upset when I ask her that. I am again a daily customer at Tim Hortons and every time I go to this location this lady gives me attitude. I don't think she should be working the night shift if she can't handle talking to customers at that time. When I drove up to the window she began screaming at me with her whole head out the window. I was so upset. How can an employee at Tim Hortons do that?? Are they not trained to talk to their customers with respect?? I then proceeded to ask for her name and she had ignored me and walked away. I then sent my daughter inside to get her name and she refused to even acknowledge my daughter was there. Customers should not be treated like that. If she was not in the wrong why would you have a problem giving out your name or employee number to someone? I really think she should go back to training and learn how to talk to customers before she continues on and does this to other customers. Read moreWorst experience ever here. If I could give a lower score I would. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and finally decided to do a review. Whether your in the drive or if you run in to save time it’s the exact same. Bad communication, no one greets you properly or says please and thank you for anything. The orders are wrong 90 percent of the time. I saw 20 plus cars in a line out side when I decided to go in because I only saw 2 people inside. When I got in I stood and waited for 20 min. This is unacceptable for a Corporation this big with training and management in place. Whenever I order a double espresso I come to the window and they start making it then instead of having it ready. If I order a double double I get 4 cream 4 sugars doesn’t make any sense to me, also to add to this they charge you for other peoples orders and then want to charge you the difference instead of honouring it to you for wasting time and it being there own mistake Definitely don’t recommend going to this location. Also if the manager uses this review to teach there staff remember it’s the managements fault not the front line workers as they should get the right tracing and be overlooked before being thrown into a fire. Read moreWe ordered drive through and there were missing items. Since we were in a rush picked up lunch quick and didn’t bother going back to get the missing items. However, next day went back to get a coffee and a hot chocolate, since the line up was too long we decided to go inside. Very slow service honestly didn’t make a difference. I mentioned to the person who was taking our order that we missed couple of items when we ordered drive thru the day before. Not that I was expecting them to give it back to me, but just wanted to let them know. Wow! Worst customer service at its best!! She never apologized. Just asked if we came back for them. Then she whispered to the coworker and our 2 drinks were given way after everyone who came after us. The hot chili ate was just brown water and coffee was also terrible. Was this done purposely?
