Do you really want me to share my visit? I don’t believe I ariing out mistakes even if its as big of one you and your employees share If i was doin anything wrong I should have been attended to sooner Please do not call me again acting like you don’t know what happened and the severity of this not as important as a human All I was originally wanting was a apologize but that’s weeks past you know my hot dog and onion ring that i kept picking off the ground you never even offered to replace it Shame on all of you who blatantly disregarded another human life especially in a Canadian establishment like harveys
Sorry thats not the reference number they gave me weeks ago when I first reported the number much like how my “episodes” were treated by multiple of your staff that day i see you guys in management are putting effort into this also Oh can you pass note to the staff member whom cleaned the floor that night you know the seat with the blood under it where I repeatedly fell ?? Well there should be pieces of my teeth as well id hate to see anyone get hurt cleaning up after my mess I caused Since you played me dumb off the hop and your guest service tried to put me on the police im going to seek legal representation ive spoken to a few that are ready to work unlike your staff that night I use to beat people up who showed that kinda disrespectful behaviour to a “person in need” you aware that MOL will also press charges and fines for seeing someone in the workplace having problems or anything its due diligence anyway im getting angry now thanks again for the...
Read moreI don't usually eat here or any other Harveys but my kids school had a Harveys night and some of the money from my order is supposed to go towards the school.
For how busy it the cashier who took my order and the person who made my burger were very polite and friendly. The parking lot was full and there was a line up in the drive through when I got there. I still got my food quickly and my order was correct.
I placed my order and after paying I realized I forgot to sub something out of my order. I told the cashier and they quickly collected my order and had my ring out only the balance for the item I subbed into the combo.
The food was good better then the average fast food burger but not quite up to a "real" burger. Priced some where between a sit down restaurant and cheaper fast food it's closer to Swiss Chalet or A&W in price.
I also ordered deep fried pickles just to try because they are one of my favorite apps and they were very good.
Social distancing and Masks we're being maintained by every one I saw. The social distancing for customer was easy to maintain and the layout for ordering a building burgers was well through out.
Overall I was happy with my first visit to this Harvey's and I think I would go again if we felt like burgers but didn't want to sit make them at home or sit down at...
Read moreOrdered 2 meals through Skip plus the donuts. Driver was very good and even apologized for the delay. Mentioned food quality may not be good as they were sent elsewhere first. Upon opening our order and seeing it all looked okay, we noticed that everything was pretty much cold.
Moving onto the donuts. Which looked like something I'd scoop out of a litterbox. I called the store to discuss this only to be "put in my place" by someone who clearly has ZERO listening skills. We went back and forth about how they looked and how hard they had become and I made mention that regardless of "what the donuts went through" to get to me, they looked burnt and were hard and tasteless. He continued to raise his voice to me telling me "how it works" even though I have ordered these in the past both through dine in, take out and yes, delivery. ALL other times, the donuts did not look or taste like these. EVER.
Long story short, this "manager" tells me the problem lies with Skip, not them. So once I said "It was your store that made them and sent them out, not Skip". He yelled a little more then hung up on me. I will not blame Skip for this. Its the restaurants problem.
Totally...
