Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brantford

Little Caesars in general is a good place for cheap pizza at a relatively cheap price. I have gone to this location many times since moving to Brantford last year and I enjoyed it a lot until I started noticing they would charge me extra, and the straw that broke the camel's back was when the cashier charged me extra because I asked for the walk in combo that was heavily advertised at the time and she charged me for full price saying they "do not upsell their promotional items and specifically that one" despite there being a advertisement billboard outside the plaza showing off the deal for well over a month or two. The manager made the cashier correct the issue but still it was terrible customer service and I do not plan to return. I am normally very patient and I do not go tossing around bad reviews for no reason. It just felt like a blatant attempt at theft, and at the very least it came across as a lot of disrespect towards the customer and to me that is inexcusable. Give it a try if you want cheap food, and have hit and miss service but there are much better value pizza places around town...

I visited Little Caesars today around 11:30 and was shocked to see only one employee running the entire store during a busy lunch rush. She was the young woman with glasses who has served me many times before. While she did an excellent job under impossible circumstances, it was clear she was overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the heavy flow of orders. I’ve been a regular customer here for years, and while my pizzas were ready within 20 minutes, this is not acceptable staffing. No employee should be left alone to handle an entire store, especially for minimum wage. It reflects poorly on management and creates an unfair work environment. I’ve read other reviews mentioning new management, and I strongly urge you to take this feedback seriously. I’ve had Little Caesars Pizza a few times now, and I genuinely like their consistency. 🍕 They have managed to maintain the same taste every single time.

I’ve never felt like they’ve cheaped out on the toppings, which really sets them apart. Because of this, I’ve found myself ordering from them more often than any other pizza chain recently. The pizzas are always ready at the promised time, and their website is easy to navigate, making the whole ordering process smooth and hassle-free.

I do see very mixed reviews for this location, so I guess it’s a hit or miss — luckily, it seems I’ve been in the right group so far. 🔥 The front staff has always been friendly and efficient, which I really appreciate.
