I went through the drive-thru this evening, looking forward to a good sandwich. I had great expectations, due to many good reviews of this location. So, I bit the bullet, and spent my money on the Turkey, bacon, ranch meal with curly fries, and 4 mozzarella sticks. Boy, for the second time today, I experienced disappointment.
The sandwich comes on marbled rye bread, which was not toasted. Why aren't you toasting bread? I should hope that you at least heat your rolls for the other sandwiches on the flattop. The bacon was pre-cooked, and was cold. Again, why? Is the flattop an urban myth? Do you even heat up the meat for the other sandwiches, or do they all get cold meat, too? Because, the turkey was also cold. While the lettuce and tomato was fresh and fine, they were out of ranch and I had honey mustard as a substitute. The sandwich was pretty lackluster. I have to say that cold bacon really ruins something that could've been salvaged. The curly fries were room temperature, and I live 4 minutes away from this location, so, wow that's very fast for fries to reach that temperature. The mozzarella sticks were also just above room temperature, but they hold heat better than fries, so these may have been sitting for a bit. They were also out of marinara sauce. The medium root beer was root beer. That was pretty darn pricey for $23.29, to have such lackluster food.
I think that I shouldn't have bothered to get out of bed today. I just couldn't get a win. Note to vendor: TOAST THE BREAD, MAKE BACON FRESH, AND HEAT UP ALL MEATS ON THE...
Read moreThere’s a reason you don’t see very many Arby’s around. I get the feeling this chain caters to a very specific type of person who likes a very specific type of food and they don’t have much else to accommodate everyone else. They’re known for their sandwiches particularly their roast beef sandwiches, which is unique for a fast food place. I ordered the Reuben sandwich because I’ve liked it made at other places. Arby’s version was ok but it really had the “homemade” feeling rather than something restaurant quality. I also got an upset stomach shortly after eating it. Soda machine must’ve been broken because the iced tea was sickeningly sweet, the water/syrup ratio was off. Curly fries were hot and crispy but the Arby’s sauce was just not it. Interiors seemed a bit dated but was clean overall. Not as much seating as I would’ve liked and the tables were...
Read moreThis location sold Gift Cards last winter, I received one as a gift. For the last 6 months I have not been able to redeem the card as they “don’t have a Gift Card Machine”. At first they said the issue would be fixed shortly. But months later, they have no idea if or when the issue will be resolved. So, they stole from their customers. They took our money in exchange for Gift Cards and now they refuse to allow us to redeem them. I’ve talked with the manager, I’ve asked if they can at least give us our money back or food coupons to compensate us, but nope. They took our money and they are content to not be responsible for their end of the deal. I’ve written in to Customer Service and I have called them. No one from this location or Franchise cares to deal with this illegal situation. This is totally...
