Booster Juice — Restaurant in British Columbia

Horrible Service- Sunday Dec 30 . Staff took our order, prepared half our smoothie, left it on counter. Served next customer.-prepared half their smoothie., leaving theirs on the counter.... then she continued to take the order of another lady then another man all the while making us wait! ( taking her sweet time each time trying to up-sell the $25 promotional gift card). I’ve worked years in customer service and this was the most brazen and lazy effort I’ve experienced! I’ve been to many booster juices and have never been forced to wait while the server took every order in the room until finishing our smoothies. She never offered us our free boosters and charged us $150 to add whey for one smoothie. I recall it being 75 cents but could be wrong. Pineapple juice in one of the smoothies tasted way past due date. Ironically I bought the $25 gift card promotion... I can assure I’ll never set foot in this location again! What ever happened to basic customer service!? I When I asked her if she could please finish our smoothies before taking another order, she fired back... “I make them all at the same time! “ Her time and convenience mattered...
