We placed a mobile order today which was supposed to be ready for pick up at 4:10pm. We arrived on time and went into the restaurant to pick up the food at exactly 4:10pm because the Subway App indicated the order was completed and ready to be picked up. When I entered the store, the worker, Manpreet, was acting frazzled on the phone. When she finally looked up she asked how she can assist me, I shared I’m here to pick up an online order, Manpreet then said “okay, it’ll be a moment” and then she continued to loiter behind the counter and pacing back and forth on the phone. Then after she finally got off the phone she started to make, what I assumed, was my order which was 7 minutes after I Manpreet mentioned it would ‘just be a moment’. This was unacceptable as we had 2 young kids waiting in the car and hence why I believe placing an online order would have been a better idea. Manpreet also did not apologize for the late order or the inconvenience this has caused me. This was the first time I’d ever seen one individual working at subway, during dinner time, on a weekday night. This entire encounter was unprofessional by subway standards. Read morei just ordered a sandwich. the girl had an attitude from the start. She gave me the wrong bread i asked for and smooshed the entire thing flat while she was cutting it. I ordered the meatballer. she gave me two meetballs instead of the three you’re supposed to have on a 6 inch. the were completely dry and we’re stuck to the side of the container. she saw the look on my face of discomfort and then said oh do you want the sauce. she didn’t ask me if i wanted it toasted or not. I told her my veggie order for my sandwich and gave me attitude asking if i wanted peppers when i already specified i did. The interaction felt hostile and she kept on making mistakes and i felt so uncomfortable and like i was going to cry if i corrected her. this is the worst subway experience i have ever had and i am so incredibly disappointed in the staff. subway has always been a safe space for me and my interaction here lead me to have a breakdown because i felt so incredibly uncomfortable. i would like management or head office...

From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Sukhman whose name I got to know from her batch,greeted me with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. She took my order for a chicken sandwich and was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had about the menu.
But what really stood out to me was Sukhman's attention to detail and her dedication to making sure that my sandwich was perfect. She carefully selected the freshest ingredients and made sure that everything was arranged just right before wrapping it up.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Subway thanks to Sukhman's outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious sandwich and friendly, efficient service....
