It was totally a poor customer service. My husband and I waited to be assisted inside the restaurant by the door but no staff came to greet us . After 10 minutes, I decided to approach one bus person and ask this person that we were waiting for a service. This bus person said to wait until one tables wasn’t available. After another 10 minutes, I noticed a young boy cleaning a table with a bottle spray all over the table. Suddenly another stuff pointed with his finger towards the table. So we went to sit, guess what? The table was wet with bleach? The chairs were so skinny and uncomfortable and the table was not steady, I suffer from bleach allergy, so we left, we were visiting for the first time. this was disgusting environment. I don’t recommended this place at less you like the bad service. These staff need to take training on how to serve customers. I am glad I did not try the grease food . Other people were waiting fort almost one hour and I noticed that they didn’t have water or some kind of snacks while they were waiting to be served .Wow...
Read moreGreat all around. Family run restaurant with prompt and friendly service. The restaurant has ample seating for groups and smaller tables. High chairs available for younger children. Clean and minimal with a TV showing the game. As far as food; their menu had a variety of Latin American dishes; from appetizers to share to dinner entrees for one. Our grouped dined for lunch and had the mixed pupsas along with the ceviche. The food was served hot and the ceviche was nicely seasoned with a generous portion of fish at $14. The restaurant is licensed so we enjoyed a corona with lunch and were quite happy with with our overall experience. There were a few diners finishing up when we arrived which was just after the lunch hour; several pick up orders came through as we finished our meal. The menu has a nice variety of Salvadorean and Mexican dishes for those wanting to try something outside of the typical Mexican fare. I will definitely come back to try other dishes....
Read moreNOBODY TOLD ME THIS WAS TAKEOUT ONLY. I WAS FULLY PREPARED TO GO INSIDE AND TAKE A SEAT AND ENJOY A NICE MEAL WITH MY PARENTS BUT THEN WABAM NO SEATS. other than that SHOCKER the food was very great, especially the pupusas i think. i’m not sure if my judgement is clouded because of how much i was looking forward to the pupusas, but i’d say they were very yummy. maybe they didn’t live up to my MASSIVE expectations, but they were still really good and REALLYYYY cheesy and stringy. i feel like they all could’ve used more flavour, and they did get a bit starchy at the end. the yuca con chicharron was surprisingly good, especially when you eat them together. the beef quesadilla was also solid, and you can tell the steak is fresh and cooked there. also the portions were fantastic for the price, it’s such a good deal. the place is also extremely hidden and is connected to like a laundromat or something??? so good...
