I recently visited Edo Japan at Tsawassen mills mall. While the atmosphere was clean and the menu promising, the overall experience didn’t quite hit the mark. First off, the portions were disappointingly SUPER small. I understand it’s fast food, but I expected a little more substance for the price. I ordered the tofu teriyaki rice bowl and you can see in the photo barely had any rice. It lacked any presentation it looked just slapped on- no love given to the food. The quality mediocre. Overall, the meal did not justify the cost, and the service did not add value to the experience. When I asked about their menu options the cashier was rude and uninterested like I was bothering her just for asking a question. I’d try another more satisfying meal option with better portions and service elsewhere. Not recommended.

I recently visited Edo Japan at Tsawwassen Mills around 4pm and was quite disappointing with the serving sizes of their side white rice and yakisoba noodles. Both portions were surprisingly small, especially considering the price. The rice was barely enough to the standard portion and the yakisoba noodles seemed like an afterthought—lacking in both quantity and flavor. For the price, I expected much more generous portions. Not sure if I'll be back based on this experience.

➡️We ordered food and we were not given the option of different rice.(white rice/Brown rice.) They were so hurry to send us when i asked them about brown rice, They gave me silly reason that the white rice is already on the plate and they cannot change it. ➡️ The guy on the grill literally touched the raw shrimp with the spoon of Teziki sauce and he didn't washed the spoon. Which i think is food contamination. ☢🤢 ⛔Bad experience don't go here.

I recently visited Edo Japan restaurant Tsawwassen mills location on Saturday around the afternoon and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was quite disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it seemed like the staff were uninterested and inattentive. We waited almost 20 minutes to give our order. my experience with the cashiers left a lot to be desired. There was a old lady on there cash. It was clear that she struggled with basic tasks like reading the order correctly or understanding simple instructions. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even then, it was still entered wrong. When I tried to explain the mistake, the cashier seemed confused and unable to fix it without calling over a manager, which slowed down the process even more. The lack of basic communication skills made what should have been a quick and easy transaction incredibly frustrating.she doesn't seems professional as at all.it was almost impossible to get cashier's attention for simple things like water refills she cannot even understand that basic thing. It's alarming that a restaurant would allow such poorly trained or ill-equipped staff to handle customer orders and payments.Customer service starts at the register, and if your cashiers can't handle even that, it really diminishes the overall dining experience. I hope they invest in better training or hiring staff who can provide a smoother and more professional experience. The overall attitude of the staff made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I had heard good things about the food here, but with such poor customer service, I don't think I will be returning...

Hopefully I never have to order here again as I gave them 2nd chance but not improvement at all. I love Edo. At other Edo locations, same teriyaki noodle taste way better. At this location, the portion is way smaller . They make it in less than 1 minute. Seems like they have steamed veggies, cooked chicken, and noodles all ready and they just warm it up. Taste is more steamy and you do not get to enjoy the flavour of sauted veggies. This location is not good representative of Edo chain. In addition, they need to improve in their customer service skills. I asked the person cooking that how come the noodles and veggies are ready in 30 sec for each. I paid for sumo portion as we were sharing the food. She was very defensive and also started to show that 1 portion of meat is this and half portion is this. How come there is no issue at any other Edo locations. We always look forward ...
