Harvey's — Restaurant in Brossard

I love Harveys, so it’s sad that there are less and less around.

Quality: 4/5 Cleanliness: 2/5 Speed: 1/5 Service: 5/5

Quality of food: Same as all the other places, the food is good, the patties are freshly grilled. The reason why rating it a little lower is this place tend to drench the burgers in sauce. But I guess it really depends on who was making it, but more often than not, my burger would be dripping with sauce…

Cleanliness: Because of lack of workers, you can tell they are struggling to maintain all aspect of the business and one of them is reflected in the floors, which is very often sticky…

Speed: More than once it takes more time than expected, but once, I waited 15 min after arriving on time through an app order. The guy making my burger was clearly not in a rush, he was slow, like Flash in Zootopia, but in real life, I was really surprised that he still has a job.

Service: Continuing to the previous point, one of the other workers was amazing, always looking after me and even went to help the other guy finish my burger, props to the teenage middle eastern boy, you made my 20 min wait bearable, thank...

I would like to say be careful when you order I ordered number six original at 1399 and they gave me something else couldn't see the receipt because they keep the receipt on the other side of the counter at the end when I asked for my receipt they didn't want to give it to me once I had the receipt I noticed that the order was wrong they charge me for August of a original 15.69 and she charged me for an extra large onion rings that I didn't ask for and an extra large soft drink that they charge that I did not ask when I came back to the cashier I talked with the manager first thing the manager told me that I went outside of the restaurant when I never left the restaurant I do not recommend this restaurant each time I go there they try to rip me off after arguing they finally changed my order with the original burger a small drink small onions ring and two apple pies and I still got ripped off...

Service is super fast but I feel like the food quality has dropped a lot over the past 2-3 years, and is getting increasingly worse.

Last two times I came, hot beef patty but the burger buns were cold (like they had been grilled 10 mins before). The garnishes don’t look fresh, some definitely don’t look like they were cut the day of (lettuce, onions). The ketchup pump has been completely removed. And now, the poutine gets served drowned in poutine sauce - wayyy too much sauce. Please bring back the old Harvey’s.

UPDATE 2025-08-25: Came back today. Again, why are the buns cold and dry?? Came 1 hour after opening so not sure why my onion rings tasted like they were made yesterday - threw them out. I get this is a “fast” food place but I would rather wait a few more minutes for warm,...
