If I could I would give 0 star . I come to this Starbucks every single days for many years and never had any issues . Yes something the drive thru takes time and I’ve waited a few times like 25-30 min to get my drink but this isn’t too much of an issue for me . But today I had the worst service by Felix who was rude and arrogant with me , I’ve never had in my whole life someone treating me like this , he didn’t want to complete my order , because he had to redo it twice already because it wasn’t done properly , I insisted that I wanted my order the way I asked and I said I was gonna pay extra for it I didn’t mind , 1$ extra is not an issue at all for me But his arrogance and rudeness and sarcasm was an issue for me .. Because that’s how it started my drink had ice in it and I said I have the ice already that they gave me just before he had to redo my drink because it was a small one hot but I wanted a large one cold , he said if I do that I have to charge you but in a very rude and Arrogant way , I said well that’s the first time they charge me extra for that but ok no problem I’ll pay the extra and then he came back give me a large cup that was half empty and I said I want to pay extra for it and I told him that he shouldn’t be working with the public if he can’t talk properly to customers without having an attitude because of the way he spoke to me . And that’s when he started to argue with me . I asked to speak to the manager and he said the manager isn’t here so I asked for the name of the manager and he said he didn’t know what it is , then I asked for his name and he tried to hide his tag but I saw it before he did , I told him I was going to contact Starbucks and make a complain about him because I never had any kind of issue at all at Starbucks especially not at this one , it was at the point that I was screaming because I was so furious at the situation and he kept telling I’m blocking the drive thru with his little attitude but I just wanted to have extra milk in my cup that I wanted to pay extra for , that btw I never had to pay an extra for it , like I said I don’t mind at all but even yesterday I bought the same thing and didn’t have to pay extra for it , he said it was a new policy that just started today . So then he processed to make me a refund thinking I wasn’t gonna do a complaint because I got my drink for free , which honestly I didn’t want to be refunded I just wanted to pay the extra to get my drink the way I get it everyday . They got my order completely wrong, gave me someone else’s order i called right away they told me i could come back but i was on the highway so the manager took my information name and phone number and said i would get my whole order free next time the 2 sandwichs i didn’t get and the 2 drinks since they were both wrong.
I told her i’m not from the area i would only be back next month she said not a problem she would note it down.
Today o go there and this rude girl serves me named Audrey, not only does she laugh in my face when i explained her the situation but without even going and check for my information she says she doesn’t have my name written anywhere… she didn’t even move from the counter to go and check. She tells me she’s not the manager but she’s in charge and she can’t give me the sandwichs because i could be just anyone.
No i didn’t randomly wake up and decide to go to starbucks one morning for fun. She laughed in my face and was speaking to her coworkers about the situation .
The worst customer service ever, starbucks should be ashamed of having an employee like this i don’t even care about the money or food at this point it’s the way she spoke to us and the treatment she gave us. Nothing about the situation was funny at all.
Starbucks prices themselves on their food products and customer service. Read moreTo the owner of this Starbucks location. Before I walked in to grab a coffee, I clearly checked on all the door signs, nowhere written dogs are not allowed. So I walked in with my dog, the girl who took my order, was kind enough to say to me it s not allowed to have dog inside the coffee shop unless it s a service dog, said to me they have a sign on the door. But still she took my order, and asked me to wait outside for my drink. I felt embarrassed to be asked to leave the shop, cuz there were so many people inside, if there was a sign on the door, I am never a person of ignoring it, and still coming in with a dog. So I waited outside the door, checked again, still didn’t see the sign of not allowing dogs. Then the girl who took my order took my drink outside, I asked her where is the sign I didn’t see. She then told me, well her boss asked the Starbucks company for the sign, cuz they are not allowed to put themselves. So there should be a sign, but they didn’t get it yet from the Starbucks headquarter, according to her. Well, I passed by this location last year in the summer with my dog inside, no sign at the door by then, and the stuff didn’t say anything while I was inside, meaning it is allowed. So if by last summer, 2023 they didn’t get the sign, until now February 2024 they still didn’t get the sign, but when customers coming in without knowing it s not allowed, then get to be asked to leave the shop immediately in front of all the other customers, this kind of service is allowed and does not cost anything to the owner of the shop, but only embarrassing clients, that the owner never minds of that. There are quite some Starbucks shops in Brossard, definitely no need to come back...
