Read moreTried to do drive thru for my family this evening. Waited for 5 mins right at the speaker and made about 3 efforts to get someone's attention. Thought they were really busy but didn't want to wait any longer with so many great alternatives in the neighborhood. But the drive thru around the corner was empty. I drove up to the window thinking there was a problem with the speaker. I tried telling the person at the window that I had been trying to place an order but the person kept arguing that the speaker was working and they were talking to a customer. I tried again to let them know they were speaking to the person behind me but they wouldn't listen to me. He just kept talking over me arguing that there were no issues. I've never had an experience like this before... it defied all logic. But when I saw the condition of his dirty shirt and the general dirt behind the counter, I'm glad we didn't order from there. It was disgusting. I'll never go back. It's so sad to see these places open when other businesses in the area are friendly and welcoming with great service. I'm shocked this place is even allowed to be open. Health inspectors need to check them out and corporate needs to know how customers are being treated there. Appalling experience. And after almost 40 years of going to DQ, I'll NEVER go...
Read moreFirst of all Google sent me to an address inside a townhouse complex and dead end. That was the beginning of the experience. So, I order a double cheeseburger with tomato and mustard only on it. The server says “A number 1?” No just a cheeseburger, not a combo. Along with a milkshake. I get to the window and the server said that I wanted a cheeseburger with no cheese? What? No. If I wanted a cheeseburger it means I want cheese. I explain that I just don’t want all of the toppings ie ketchup etc. just tomato and mustard. I’m taking this to someone in hospital who couldn’t eat the hospital food and loves Dairy Queen’s burgers and shakes. Now running very late because Google sent me on wild goose chase just to locate this Dairy Queen. Finally get to the hospital with said burger and lo and behold it’s got cheese but also ketchup. No tomato. Absolutely horrible tasting and the patient doesn’t eat it. Apparently, this has happened to a few people when I mentioned it. Why would a person think that someone would order a cheeseburger when they didn’t want cheese? We all know that there are hamburgers and if we wanted that we would say that. Please tell your servers that when someone says only tomato and mustard or any other toppings that’s what they mean -TOPPINGS! Not instead. Please train your...
