First of all Google sent me to an address inside a townhouse complex and dead end. That was the beginning of the experience. So, I order a double cheeseburger with tomato and mustard only on it. The server says “A number 1?” No just a cheeseburger, not a combo. Along with a milkshake. I get to the window and the server said that I wanted a cheeseburger with no cheese? What? No. If I wanted a cheeseburger it means I want cheese. I explain that I just don’t want all of the toppings ie ketchup etc. just tomato and mustard. I’m taking this to someone in hospital who couldn’t eat the hospital food and loves Dairy Queen’s burgers and shakes. Now running very late because Google sent me on wild goose chase just to locate this Dairy Queen. Finally get to the hospital with said burger and lo and behold it’s got cheese but also ketchup. No tomato. Absolutely horrible tasting and the patient doesn’t eat it. Apparently, this has happened to a few people when I mentioned it. Why would a person think that someone would order a cheeseburger when they didn’t want cheese? We all know that there are hamburgers and if we wanted that we would say that. Please tell your servers that when someone says only tomato and mustard or any other toppings that’s what they mean -TOPPINGS! Not instead. Please train your staff better.

I went into the Appleby and Fairview DQ location to pick up a cake for my son's birthday. Of course, it was last minute. I checked the freezer and found an appropriate cake, and brought it to the counter. I asked that they print my son's name ALEXANDER on the cake and pick a colour used in the Happy Birthday letters already on the cake, so that it didn't look like I had actually done this last minute!! Not only was the service friendly, but they took the time to make it look custom made by printing his name in black and then alternating icing colours in the SAME WAY as the Happy Birthday letters!! It looked awesome and it looked custom and my son loved his birthday cake! Thanks to the staff who took some time to make a mom feel like her boy mattered!! You guys rock and I will come back to your location again and again!! :)

This was my first and most disappointing drive-thru experience at Dairy Queen. The staff was extremely rude and made faces when we requested an extra spoon and napkins for our small children. They didn't bother to smile or greet us politely, making us feel as if they were paying us to get ice cream from them. I only visited this store because it was nearby, but I will never go back. Additionally, I am attaching a photo of the banana split sundae. They didn't even know how to make it properly and put the banana on top. It was a total waste of money with the worst customer service.

Utterly ecstatic to express my boundless adoration for my local Dairy Queen, a place that has effortlessly woven itself into the fabric of my daily routine. With each visit, I find myself falling deeper under its spell, captivated by the tantalizing flavors, welcoming ambiance, and impeccable service.

The drive-thru experience has become a cherished part of my day, and the spicy chicken wrap is an absolute gem. Not only is it a culinary masterpiece, but it's also an exceptional deal that keeps me coming back for more. The perfect blend of spices and fresh ingredients dance on my palate, leaving me yearning for another bite.

Inside this magical Dairy Queen, a sunken dining room awaits, generously bathed in natural light that floods in from every angle. It creates an inviting and warm atmosphere that never fails to make me feel right at home. It's a serene oasis where I can savor my meal and escape from the outside world, if only for a moment.

For those who prefer to bask in the sunlight, the charming outdoor patio tables are a heavenly spot to indulge in a delectable treat. The location couldn't be more ideal, situated immediately north of the centennial bikeway on Appleby Line, just a stone's throw away from Starbucks and conveniently across the street from McDonald's. It's an oasis of flavors nestled amidst a bustling landscape.

The owners of this Dairy Queen are truly exceptional. Their genuine warmth and kindness radiate throughout the establishment, creating a welcoming haven for all who enter. Their dedication to their craft is evident in every mouthwatering creation that emerges from the kitchen, leaving no doubt that they pour their hearts into each dish.

Speaking of dishes, Dairy Queen's menu never fails to impress. The food is consistently remarkable, and the treats are nothing short of divine. Whether you're craving a velvety Blizzard or a perfectly crafted sundae, you'll find yourself spoiled for choice. And let's not forget their birthday cakes – they're true showstoppers, making any celebration an extraordinary event.

But it's not just the food that leaves me enamored; it's the exceptional service that completes the experience. The staff members are the epitome of efficiency and friendliness, ensuring that every visit is met with quick, attentive service. Their positive energy and genuine smiles create an atmosphere that's brimming with good vibes, making each encounter a delight.

This local Dairy Queen has become my go-to destination for a dose of culinary bliss. With its mouthwatering offerings, delightful atmosphere, and exceptional service, it has transformed into an enchanting haven that I'm grateful to have in my daily life. If you find yourself near the centennial bikeway on Appleby Line, make sure to pay a visit to this oasis of flavor – you won't be...

Tried to do drive thru for my family this evening. Waited for 5 mins right at the speaker and made about 3 efforts to get someone's attention. Thought they were really busy but didn't want to wait any longer with so many great alternatives in the neighborhood. But the drive thru around the corner was empty. I drove up to the window thinking there was a problem with the speaker. I tried telling the person at the window that I had been trying to place an order but the person kept arguing that the speaker was working and they were talking to a customer. I tried again to let them know they were speaking to the person behind me but they wouldn't listen to me. He just kept talking over me arguing that there were no issues. I've never had an experience like this before... it defied all logic. But when I saw the condition of his dirty shirt and the general dirt behind the counter, I'm glad we didn't order from there. It was disgusting. I'll never go back. It's so sad to see these places open when other businesses in the area are friendly and welcoming with great service. I'm shocked this place is even allowed to be open. Health inspectors need to check them out and corporate needs to know how customers are being treated there. Appalling experience. And after almost 40 years of going to DQ, I'll NEVER go...
