I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Pizza, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations, meriting a resounding five stars!

From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere captivated me. The warm, inviting ambiance, paired with a delightful aroma of freshly baked pizza, created an instantly welcoming feeling. The décor struck a perfect balance between modern and cozy, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings and special occasions.

The staff were not just attentive but genuinely friendly, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout the visit. Their recommendations were spot-on, adding a personalized touch to our experience.

Now, onto the star of the show – the food! Each pizza was a masterpiece of flavors and textures. The crust was perfectly baked – crispy on the outside, yet soft and fluffy on the inside. WORSR PIZZA I ever had. I requested the guy in the beginning when he was taking the order to make the pizza carefully as I previously I did had a bad experience with this store. But I didn’t really care about my first bad experience as things happens and not always first bad experience is always a bad experience. Neither I posted any review or any negative feedback. But actually staff of this pizza pizza store proved me wrong. The pizza I got from the working staff way too late when they didn’t call me for over 20 minutes and reached the guy working there and asked how long is it gonna be. He just pointed towards the pizza that was sitting over the oven for past 5-10 minutes and said your pizza is ready. When I asked him if the pizza was ready they you should have called my name and even I was just sitting in the front row to pick up my order. He just mentioned that he had other pizza orders to make and he was just working on them. Initially it didn’t make any sense to me that handing a pizza wouldn’t take you more than a minute but still I ignored it and assumed it an instance. But when I opened the box I was totally disappointed with the staff carelessness the pizza which I waited for over 20 minutes was totally burnt - tasted totally bitter and the taste was totally blent, it barely had a very thin layer of cheese and was barely hot since it was sitting there for almost 10 minutes. MY BROTHER JOHN ROY ORDERED PIZZA AND WINGS LAST NIGHT BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BY PIZZA PIZZA. WE'RE NOT THE TYPE OF PEOPLE TO CALL AND COMPLAINT. WE ORDERED LARGE WITH 3 TOPPING AND 10 WINGS, TOPPING WAS MISSING AND WAS NOT WELL DONE . FIRST SLICE DOUGH GAVE US STOMACH PAIN, HEART BURN. WAS SO DIFFERENT THEN THE ONE WE GET IN MISSISSAUGA, HOW IN THE WORLD PIZZA SAUCE WAS ICE COLD AND WAS SO MUCH ON DOUGH AND HOW DID THE CHEESE MELTED ON TOP. PIZZA IS ART AND CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT PRO'S WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME, HUNGER DIED BY THE TIME DRIVER ARRIVED, SHARP 40MIN AND HE COUNTED THE TIP I GAVE HIM ON DOOR BEFORE GIVING ME THE PIZZA LOL WORST CUSTOMER I ASKED FOR RECEIPT, AND HE SAID THAT'S HIS COPY CAN'T GIVE LOL ORDER SPRITE WHICH I NEVER GOT :-( ALONG WITH THE DIP AND WING SAUCE WHICH I ASKED HIM, IF IT'S IN BAG AND HE SAID YES IT IS , BUT WAS NOT... LATER WINGS AND PIZZA WAS THROWN IN RUBBISH AND WE HAD TO DRIVE OUT IN COLD TO MC DONALDS..
