Another location with the bagel problem. This location doesn’t know how to make a bagel. It’s always barely toasted, they only butter one side (and barely that), and by the time you open what they’ve prepared, it’s cold and and tastes, as if the bagel just came out of the package at the grocery store. Having conversation with management I find out that this is intentional. If I want the whole bagel buttered, I’m supposed to ask for extra butter. If I want my bagel toasted properly, I need to say double toasted. This is all on account of being able to serve customers faster to make more sales and saving on butter costs. What this tells me is that they don’t care about the quality of the food that is being given to the customer. They are cheap and and arrogant about it. There was a nice woman here I spoke to though who understood how this mentality was a problem and said she would speak to management. She also offered me a free combo on the next visit. However, when I returned to get the free combo management wouldn’t give it to me on account of not remembering the nice woman’s name. Read moreUPDATE : Still disappointing. Can't even get an order right to this day. Double check your order and expect an argument on what they heard you ordered and what you actually ordered. Really disappointing. Tim Hortons is usually a base line for coffee shops. This place falls short of expectations of what even Tim Hortons should be. This sleepy little location shares its space with pizza pizza. Parking is available. However the service is very lacking and for the most part slow. I have gone here several times as a local and each time been disappointed. The French onion soup I was served was nothing but bland beef broth with chopped onions in it no cheese melted on top or croutons in the soup itself. The crispy chicken I ordered was burned and I had to return it. When my son's cookie slid off the plate and this was witnessed by the baker he just shook his head and walked away. No follow up or fixing the situation. Unfortunately this place is subpar and it's service and its quality of food it's really disappointing to see this from a nationwide franchise. You're better off passing this one...
Read moreI'm a regular customer here (every day) and need to point out to Management that they need to improve staffing in the early part of the morning rush. The existing staff are wonderful, especially Raman Didi, she is always helpful and cheerful and is a joy to see every morning. The trouble is, "Di Di" is alone before 06:00am and this creates heavy wait times and long back ups at the drive through. Many mornings between 05:30am and 06:00am, I can see Di Di running around on her own trying to keep up and it's totally unfair. She does a wonderful job but she needs help (and also a raise). I wish i knew the other young ladies name, she is always there later in the morning and is wonderful too. The only reason for the low rating is due to Management. Lets see if we can improve. EDIT: 3 Weeks later...Absolute turn around. Excellent. More staff in the early mornings means great service and no delays. Can't say enough good things about the staff here. Di Di and Seham are wonderful, always happy and cheerful and a joy to deal with....
