Subway — Restaurant in Burlington

Placed a brief order over the phone as per employer's request because we were confirming the closing time for this location. Trusted the services and picked up our food after paying. And thanked the guy so many times for making it ready to go for us. Once got home, cannot believe what we picked. It was just the bread with little bit lettuce and sauce as you can see in pictures attached. They didnt even bother about putting all toppings and sauces as per our order. And the salad we ordered was just half empty container. He didnt even give us the receipt and not even asked for. They should be ashamed of what they are serving as to what we are expecting and paying. Worst experience ever had from this location. Would never go back or...

Unbelievable that I used to frequent this place. Recently I stopped by after getting groceries and had the staff member not only screw up the toppings on my sub twice but the hot sauce tastes WRONG. Like somebody pissed in it wrong. Absolutely horrible. The only thing they didn't screw up was a bottled diet Pepsi. Even the cookies taste off! Threw out the subs immediately when we opened them and tried them. It's hilarious that the bacon is literally almost completely fat at this establishment. No wonder they microwave and rapidly top your sub before you can see the disgusting fat strips they've flavored like bacon...

Today, my husband ordered 1feet long subway it wasn't the way we wanted. There were indian girl I don't know her name but she was really so annoying and doing the things wrong way. My asked her for double toasted but she denied without any reason. At last, when we asked her to cut the foot long into half she doesn't know how to cut it she started cutting with hands it was so terrible and annoying we asked her to use knife but while cutting all the material was out from the bed as show in the pictures.
