Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

I went here on January 10th with my boyfriend and our experience was awful. I went in looking to order the new plant-based burger as well as their plant-based nuggets, which I never thought would’ve been an issue because I ordered the same thing from another Pizza Pizza restaurant. The initial ordering process was very difficult. The girl tending to us hardly spoke English, which is not her fault don’t get me wrong, it just made the process very hard as it took 10 minutes to order 3 things, which just added pointless time to our order. We ordered 3 burgers and one set of nuggets (all vegan), and only got 2 burgers and one set of nuggets. We weren’t mischarged but the cashier was unable to understand our requests clearly so she got them incorrect. At this point, it had already been 15 minutes and our food hadn’t even been beginning to cook. Once our food finally gets cooking, the girl is assembling our burgers and reaches into a plastic tub of pickle slices and grabs them out with her bare hand that she had used to touch appliances. Very unhygienic. My boyfriend saw that there was one bottle in their condiments fridge that would be mayo, which wouldn’t be an issue normally but since they’re serving vegan options, you would need a vegan mayo. Since there was only one seen, it’s assumed that it’s regular mayo as a fast food restaurant isn’t going to prioritize vegan mayo over regular mayo. So that was the first strike with our food, non-vegan mayo on a vegan burger. The second strike was that while there was one single other customer in the restaurant, our order took 30 minutes when it could have been served to us way sooner as unfortunately in that moment, I was extremely hungry. The final strike was that the burger that I ordered as a vegan was not vegan. My mother and boyfriend who are not vegan confirmed for me that the burgers were indeed real chicken before I decided to take a bite out of one. Overall my experience here was very very bad and I will be sure to skip this location if I ever wish to order these...

Spent almost 70 dollars on 2 large pizzas with drinks and dip I ordered 3 meats and 3 veg on each pizza I got basically vegetarian pizzas with some meats scattered around very upsetting for the price NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEN......

Ordered again today by accident from the same store didint even realize until i came to say its not worth it but saw i already said so this is 3 months later same issue payed for extra alot of extra toppings and got almost nothing don't even bother just get pepperoni if anything but would recommend nothing from this location

...3rd times the charm right ? NO I work nights so I like the tracker when I order so I don't wake up my roommates but that relies on stupid workers to update the info which never happens on time so they knock on the door and wake up everyone this place is so frustrating i wish I had a better pizza pizza close to me they suck service food...

Ordered from this location at around midnight one night, and I couldn't have the doorbell ringing, so I waited at the door for about 20 minutes of the 42 minutes, the delivery driver arrived late, I showed him the proof on my phone. He makes a bunch of excuses like, "comon man, it's late, I got other deliveries to do". I tell him I am not a rich man, I can't afford to turn down free pizza. He ultimately refuses to give me the pizza, despite it being the companies' policy, and he acknowledges he is in fact late.

Customer service calls me, they tell me they'll send him back. I wait at the door for about another hour, before calling them back to ask what's going on, apparently the owner refused me service.

I did eventually end up getting a credit by corporate, but that took work, and it wasn't what I wanted, I wanted pizza, and to not stand at the door...
