Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Burlington

If there was a lower rating I would give that to this restaurant. I ordered dinner and went to pick it up. There were only 6 pieces of spicy chicken and none of the regular ones. I asked the girl if the chicken was fresh. I was told it was only a few minutes old. When I sat down to eat 10 minutes later the chicken had a smell to it. When I opened up a couple of pieces it was like a greyish colour and the smell was quite strong. I took the box back to the store and asked the girl to check it out. She refused and adamantly told me it was fresh. I told her I was NOT requesting to replace the food nor was I requesting a refund but I really wanted her to check it out. She didn't check it so I told her to throw it in the garbage. She snatched the box from my hand angrily and threw it in the garbage. She was very angry and her attitude was horrible. I just realized that popeyes general manager has a standard reply for all reviews. We have had excellent service and food from other Popeyes restaurants which have a rating around 3 stars. Do not cover employees bad attitudes and bad food. Train them to really care about their customers. That would be the right...

I like to treat my kids to Popeyes, every once in a while. This location on Burloak, was all cleaned up inside and were going to close about 12 minutes after we received our food. But they didn't allow us to sit down and eat because they already cleaned the tables. So they made us leave the store to sit on the parking lot curb just outside the store to eat our food. Absolutely terrible expereince. If you want to know how not to run a business and lose your customers, then talk to these guys. They now how to do that.

.I can understand if it was a few minutes before closing, as I wouldnt want to keep them longer than they have to. But it was enough time for use to sit down and eat our food. Just because they didn't want to wipe down our table after finishing, they now got a terrible review and I will never return to that location again. I hope saving an extra 20 seconds of wiping down the table before closing, was worth the 1 star and terrible review, while losing a customer.

BTW, the location at speers and Kerr st. in Oakville is amazing with great customer service. I am happy to give them my money, even though it's slightly further for us to go to. Never again with this terrible...

I went in to order two pieces chicken.After greeting the guy at the front counter. Ordered breast and rib. noticed that he 1.50 to my bill. asked him why.He started to explain, then one of the other employee interrupted the conversation.I asked him to stay out of the conversation as I was speaking with the first person and he was rudely interrupting me.They were not happy to prepare fresh chicken to serve me.He said that the chicken would have taken 20 minutes . I offered to wait.The second employee was rude to me ,I ask the first guy to ask the other guy to stay out of conversation and he responded by saying he is my brother.So I guess family makes it okay to be rude to customers.But I left without any food.He ended the conversation by saying he was very happy that I told him to have a good evening and to forget about the order .
