I can't rate the food because it has been an hour since we ordered. It's also 4:43pm at this time of this post. Service is brutal, took 15min to be greeted by someone, and we had to go get someone. After seated we asked 2 times 10 min apart to order for the kids. Still no one came. Eventually we had to order together as a group, fine no big deal. The 4 tables next to ours had plates and left overs not cleared from previous patrons. The table behind us had 4 employees sitting in a table chatting before their shift, no blame to them but the optics where bad. Management had no clue what they are doing, I had to go get a manager before we had someone take our order. It was 1hr 6min before the food arrived. The floor had garbage from previous patrons, chairs in the way and not pushed in making walking difficult for people to get to their seats. The waitress was pleasant but clearly staffing is an issue here, and when speaking with the management, English was very broken, unclear and obvious they are trying to save expenses by running short staffed. As a result the dining room is not clean, unorganized, the food arrived not as we ordered, and overall not a welcomed environment. They also didn't have one of the kids menu items available so inventory is also on the list but hey that does happen to the best restaurants. I will not be attending this location ever again, it's very said to see how bad this location is managed. I really hope corporate sees this and provides some training to fix the issue. After our meal, which was made wrong, but they did fix it without me saying anytbing, good job tonour server, not her fault, but the bathroom conditions in both men's and women's, absolutely disgusting. Urine was dried onto the walls.in the men's, floor had not been mopped in a while, toilets had not been cleaned or flushed. Given it was dead when we arrived, it's unbelievable it was addressed before the rush. I did inform the management respectfully about the washrooms, but from what I saw during my visit, I am also filing a complaint with the health department, kitchen is not sanitary. Read moreI am sadly having to post a new negative review after a former glowing review. This is for the drive-thru, as dine-in is always wonderful, and as others have said, 10/10 for Shiva the amazing server. There is such a stark contrast at this location from dine-in to drive-thru. If going to the drive-thru, be prepared to be told to pull into the parking lot and wait. While I understand it, the wait time can be excessive. The speaker also is in need of repair, as you are always having to yell and the staff still can't hear properly. This does not have to do with the construction surrounding, although that does not help.
About a month ago I thought to try the roast beef and it was absolutely disgusting (see photo) Cold, mushy and fatty meat. Read moreMy co-workers and I love this location and have dined in for lunch a few times. Special mention to Shiva!! What a wonderful server, always so polite, remembers us and knows that we are on a time crunch for our break, which means we need to get there, get seated, eat and pay the bill all within an hour's time. The food and service are prompt, and she even brings me a take-out cup for my coffee that I never finish, and tops it up fresh! What a lovely person, she makes the experience wonderful for us.
I do go through the drive-thru as well, and the staff are also lovely, but the drive-thru is very very slow. However, the food is good so that is the payoff.
