Starbucks — Restaurant in Burlington

This is one of my two fave Starbucks in Burlington. I drink my coffee black and if pots aren't clean it tastes like diesel fuel - that never happens here. This place is near where I work. I mobile order most mornings and run in and grab my coffee and sometimes breakfast or lunch. Service is so fast and the staff there have gone out of their way to learn my name and always hand me my order on the double because they know I'm on work hours. The coffee is amazing. Ill repeat that the coffee is Amazing its HOT. I've never gotten cold egg bites or frozen bistro boxes. This is an efficient Starbucks and I love it. I ordered a venti drink with light ice. She gave me my drink with just a bit more than half-full of the cup. I asked she why it didnt full. She told me because I asked for less ice,she just followed the recipient. I have never experienced this situation before. It doesnt matter how much ice the customer request, the batrista should figure out how to fill up the gap. The receipt doesnt set in the stone. This is the most horrible Starbucks I have ever been too since Mai is no longer there in the mornings, I was there last week I got a matcha latte with almond and 4 shoots of flavored syrup. The drink was very gross and wasn't blended properly and had no flavor or even sugar!!!! When I called back to request a credit for their mistake, SARAH said that I should stir the drink as it may be in the bottom when i advised i already have she kept insisting that she added the flavor sugar!!!
