Scenario 1. Ordered online, order was confirmed, estimated delivery time 1 hour. Call in 1.5 hours to see where my family dinner is, apparently they never received order. Finally get food 2 hours after original order confirmation. Scenario 2. Order food, receive call from delivery lady, she cannot find house (house is simple to find). I leave my house and walk half a block away to find her. Carry my family dinner back home. Scenario 3. %50 chance your will receive entire order correctly as demonstrated repeatedly throughout the year we have been ordering from them. Often I let small things go unoticed, however pops and blue cheese dressing costs are adding up. Probably Lost $15 in total over one year in forgotten items. Recently ordered a $50 order and 3 pops were forgotten. Realize moments after delivery driver leaves and immediately decided to call in hope the driver was close enough to turn around. The Wingery says the driver is on the way back. 45 minutes later receive call from The Wingery saying the delivery driver is not coming back and instead we will have a %50 discount noted down i our file for our next order. Scenario 4. Call to order food at 2pm. Lady asks me how far the wingery is from my house, I say I am not sure this is my address and you have delivered to me before. She says she only delivers within 5km radius during the day and to call back at 5pm. I was hungry and working at 5pm so I decided to google maps the distance between my house and The Wingery ... 5.5 km. I call back genuinely wondering if 5.5 km is okay, considering .5 km is about a 30 second drive. She hums and hahs and asks me my order, ( I assumer wondering if the delivery is worth the money). I say my order she says she can deliver and I say there should be a note in my file about a %50 discount. She says there is no note and she will not honor the discount and at best I can have %15 off. I say nevermind I will order another day. If she had told me that I am sorry we do not have a delivery driver I would not have pushed the situation. Either you deliver or you don't, this whole maybe, how far are you, are you spending enough money thing is just confusing. You cannot expect your clientele to know the exact km distance between their house and your business. Your choice is to either give the client time to google maps the distance or do it yourself. Simply an unproffesional encounter. Scenario 6. One day later, boyfriend and I are still craving wings, he calls and explains the discount and places the order at 4 55pm. I believe it was the same lady on the phone as the day before judging by the sound of her voice. He is allowed to place the order no problem and given the %50 discount. We were expecting our food by 5:45, the typical delivery time, we had a commitment that we had to leave the house for at 6:45, we figured we had lots of time. At 5:44 we get a text saying delivery time will be 23-30 minutes more. We did not recieve our food until 43 minutes later at 6:28 . Our order was correct thank heavens. Our food was ROOM TEMPERATURE. The large wedge fries was half empty. 1.5 hours is a long wait...

Long version: For the last few years, I have done all in my power to try and make myself sick of these wings. And for the last few years.... I have failed. On certain weeks, I have placed the exact same order multiple days in a row.... And from the first day to the last, these wings do not get one bit less delicious. I sometimes wake at night to find myself gnawing on various chicken wing-shaped objects in my room, as the thought of these extraordinary pieces of exquisitely flavoured fried chicken overtake my mind --- culminating in an endless cycle of sauced, tossed, and breaded thoughts and dreams. In the dry season, when my mouth is parched and the moisture in it evaporates as quickly as a drop of rain under the hot Sahara sun.... A mere thought of these well-seasoned limbs of the flightless bird cause my salivary glands to awaken and gush like the springs of an aquifer, as my mouth lubricates itself in preparation for the devouring of these succulent rooster biceps. Nonetheless, I do not wish to create false hope. These wings will only be enjoyed by those with working and plentiful tastebuds. You may lose your sense of sight. You may lose your sense of hearing. You may lose your sense of, and ability to, feel. But as long as you maintain your senses of taste and smell, life can be lived to its fullest extent...though only through stimulating these senses with these heavenly wings of which I speak so passionately about. And once you have done this, with great certainty I promise you will be able to feel once more. The only thing you will find to be better than the food is the service. My cheeks are continuously sore from the smiles left on my face each time i have the privilege of chatting with theses sorcerers and sorceresses of the deep fried arcane. Their words and their welcoming provides a comfort that can only be matched by a belly full of their mouthwatering culinary creations.
With that said, on an A-F scale, their grade: B+
(kidding of course --- they're an A++ with a full scholarship)

As for the lady at the front desk answering the calls - she just lost a customer i called to explain they had first forgotten one item and then when i checked my wing order they had not given me what i had ordered when i called back she would not let me speak she asked me what i wanted her to do and if i was going to return the wings to her. first of all this was a delivery, second of all this was their mess up she continued to argue and not let me speak that i did not order what i ordered and was very very rude. anyway i explained she was not letting me speak and she had lost a customer. when driver came i showed him what i ordered and he could let her know. she proceeded to call me back and explain that it was the persons fault who took my order and they are too busy and again woudl not let me speak i eventually got a word in to explain i ordered on line and that if she had just said i am sorry i am very busy could she check my order and call me back it would all be good but no she did not care she just told me i was wrong and tried to blame her guy who took the order and she was too busy to check. if you can not handle being busy you are working at the wrong business.
