This use to be the nicest Tim Hortons in Burlington! It was quaint! Had a fireplace and two oversized nicely appointed washrooms! Food quality was always top notch and customer service and cleanliness was 100%
You must have noticed how I used the word "USE" To describe everything that I mentioned after I used that word!
I most Definitely would NOT go out of my way to put down a Business that's honestly doing their best!
If I were in charge of Tim Hortons Brand....I would remove the sign immediately and NOT let whoever is running this location represent A Prestigious franchise like Tim Hortons PERIOD!!!
The bathrooms have been getting more disgusting and dirtier month after month for the last two years now!
They were as Ibmentioned oversized well appointed bathroom with all the extras!
Now, I would avoid using them at all! They both were absolutely disgusting! Both were out of toilet paper and they have ripped everything that has broken down out of them instead of performing standard maintenance with what one would expect at a busy location!
No, just rip it out! The doors swing wildly and do NOT close on their own! Locks??, lol
The for lounge chairs that use to have very soft comfortable leather surface are literally shredded leather straps barely being able to support anyone!
We ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a large coffee double double, a Large Frozen Lemonade and a donut!
My friends double double tasted lime Burnt watered down awful tasting coffee! And my Frozen Lemonade tasted like a cold chemical concoction!
When I brought the coffee back and asked for it to be replaced the guy actually took the lid off and took a sip and said oh yah bottom of the barrel! Threw it out and went elsewhere to get a...

Subject: Tim Hortons Has Lost Its Soul
Dear Tim Hortons Leadership,
This letter comes from years of loyalty — and complete frustration. Tim Hortons used to mean something in this country. It was a place Canadians could count on for consistency, warmth, and community. Now it’s a shell of what it used to be — and every visit just proves how far your company has fallen.
Walk into almost any Tim Hortons today and it’s chaos. The coffee tastes burnt or watery. The food is stale or slapped together with no care. Counters are filthy, orders are constantly wrong, and customers are treated like an inconvenience. It’s heartbreaking to watch what was once a proud Canadian institution turn into a fast-food circus.
This isn’t about one bad location or one bad employee — it’s systemic. It’s a sign of leadership that has completely lost touch with what made Tim Hortons great. You’ve cut corners, ignored quality, and stripped away the heart that used to define your brand. What was once built on pride and community has been replaced by indifference and apathy.
After years of daily visits, I’ve finally had enough. You’ve lost me as a customer — and I’m far from alone. People across the country are saying the same thing: Tim Hortons has lost its way. If you care at all about the company’s reputation or its customers, it’s time to wake up and rebuild the standards, training, and accountability that once made this place something we could all be proud...
Read moreWorst experience ever! Went into this tim hortons for lunch with my senior mother and the cashier tried shortchanging my mother! My mother paid a $17 bill with a $100 bill. The cashier attempted to give her back $60! After we told her she was shorting us $20, she gave us the $20 with a very dirty look. After that, we went to wait for our order and after about 15 minutes of waiting, we asked the lady who was making sandwiches where our order was and she says our order wasnt in the system! She then walks over to the cashier and the cashier tells her we NEVER ORDERED anything from her and that she'ld never seen us before!!! I believe this woman might have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol as she seemed completely lost..after repeatedly asking for a refund because at this point we felt embarassed to be holding up the rest of the customers behind us, she yells to the girl making the sandwiches to "just give them 2 free sandwiches!"...after we had already paid and even almost shorted $20 by this woman! I urge the managers or owners of this place to check your cameras and deal with this employee..this happened on November 9th, 2022 @ approximately 12:10pm. According to the girl making the sandwiches, this is not her first hiccup. We have never been so embarassed by someone in the service industry and unfortunately will never strp foot in a Tim Hortons again thanks to this person and experience at Tim hortons today...its...
