Burrito Masters — Restaurant in Burlington

I had to lower my score back down to 3/5. it turns out that older women who doesnt want to put anything on burritos or fries supreme still works there. As an example, today I asked to put on extra jalapenos she puts on 2 slices, i asked for more she said she couldnt give me anymore. Or she will reach for red onion grab a hand full or a finger full, put on half or a quarter of the amount she grabs then puts the rest back.

Before my rating was 3/5, but thanks to Nabjob and Bardeep i changed it to 5/5. Burrito masters now has good food and great service.

When i ask for lots of peppers or onion Nabjob puts on lots and i dont have to repeatedly ask for more or fight with her. ( like i had to do with the older women who used to work there).

Generally when i go there i have a large order because i am getting it for a few people. I go there often enough that if i for get something like asking the white bean and cheese burrito to be cooked on 4 sides (because one of the people i get a burrito for likes it like that) Bardeep usually asks if i want it cooked on 4 sides. Which is very helpful because while i am reading through what is on all the burritos i sometimes...

Update went there again, guy argued with me about the price for gluten free products. They are not the same price.

I went here and I had two burritos, A large Bean & Cheese, and a Small Chicken, both of them were fairly meh and I've made better on many occasions. The problems are fairly easy to explain, the Bean & Cheese had virtually no cheese in it, what's the purpose of paying for something that has cheese in the name is there is barely any cheese. The chicken wasn't much better, there wasn't much chicken at all and there wasn't a lot of flavor.

This doesn't even touch on the rice, it had virtually no seasoning and the overall taste of it was very bland which is odd considering its so easy to flavor rice with pretty much anything. Now to make matters worse they are pretty bad with customer service, I ordered my food, I went to wait at a table and they said an order quickly by the time I was turning around the dude yelled pretty loudly a second time like I was inconveniencing him by spending my money there.

So what's the point of coming here? The food is pretty average, it lacks seasoning, the customer service is poor but at...

Decided to try out this place for takeout for lunch and was not disappointed. If you are near Burlington City Hall or Spencer Smith Park it is not too far away and the service is nice with a smile! I got the supreme fries and he fried them right away for me, I added salsa, burrito sauces and he did not skimp out! The corn, jalapenos and other veggies were also fresh and crunchy! I also added chicken and it was nice and flavourful, appreciate it greatly that it was halal. Usually I have trouble finishing portions this big but I actually finished it all because it was so good.
