Went in this morning to surprise my family with breakfast at home. After I placed my order, one man complained he was waiting over 15 minutes for a bagel and a coffee, a customer in the drive thru was demanding to speak to a manager who was reluctant to deal with them for one reason or another, and the "in progress" board was full of orders spanning back at least 20 numbers. Another typical day at this location. I usually punch in my order on the digital attendants in front of the counter to deal with as few of the indifferent staff as possible. The mature staff seem to perform maintenance (mopping floors, cleaning tables), and the younger staff tends to work behind the counter with relative ignorance to the customers they're serving until someone points out they're unreservedly waiting 15-20 minutes for a sole medium coffee.
This location is terrible since the "new format" of "take a number and wait over there" has become a head-office streamline tactic. If I order 4 meals for my family and the guy behind me just orders a fountain drink, don't make him wait until you fill my order to hand him a cup. It's unreasonable to think "first come, first serve" is how this strategy should work. Too many customers fall through the cracks of an initially broken system, and the staff/management are either too overwhelmed or distracted to do anything about it.
Head office should step in to this location for a day just to see what we, as customers, are presented with. Your corporation is being perpetually misrepresented by the staff who don't showcase the discipline and work ethic you've been renowned for the world over.

Our vehicle was ordering, Then we were asked to park. After 20 min couple more vehicles are parking and its observed to see an employee walking from car to car with an order asking if this order is their order...its obvious they did not write licence plate as they are supposed to.. 20 min later We walk into resturant as we still dont have our order to inquire. The staff tell us they lost the ticket . No staff came out to us . Told "why would we come out we lost your ticket" There was only 1 other customer waiting inside. We recalled our order and food was cold . This whole process was 40 min to get 2 bfast sandwiches and 2 coffee..Supervisor walked away mid conversation...rummaging through things, clearly had no idea where things were gave us 2 coupons and basically washed her hands of this issue. With supervisors like this on weekends , no wonder orders are incorrect, extremely lengthy lineups/wait times. A skip the dishes peron also commented while we were waiting "worst place to get orders from as orders missing items or incorrect." Things are different with Covid Yes we all understand that.. However Covid is not excuse for this McDonalds as this poor service on weekends has been occurring long before covid. Never have any issues...
Read moreDec2021 Horrible service, spent 20 mins at the curbside for 3 drinks. I had to go in and explain while my coffee sat there getting cold. Dude comes back with my semi cold coffees and a bag with fries in it. I told him to keep the fries I just want my drinks. 2 days later another problem. Order a dbl quarter with cheese and a 2 milk coffee. I got a double quarter with cheese and nothing else on it. No ketchup, onions, pickles nothing! And then discovered the coffee had sugar in it! Once again I go inside to explain. And once again they try to bribe me with French fries. Once again I told them to keep the fries. It's kind of insulting that you think my time is worth a large fry. Between 2 visits your company has wasted over an hour of my time. I work a flat rate job and time is money hence why I ORDER AHEAD! I will not return to this location due to the fact it costs me too much money in lost time. It's faster and better quality if I order at Walmart which seems odd to me
5 years ago-Visit to the drive thru and purchased a large milkshake, a sundae and a regular 'mm' mcflurry. On the way home my fiance points out that my so called large Mcflurry is about an inch from a full cup. The kids size serving is embarrassing enough for your restaurant but to rip people off like I feel right now is not right.
