Worst customer service I've ever seen at an a&w. first off why are the fries already hard at 10am? i ate my burger in front of the place and ate my fries last and they were horribly stale, usually the crunch lasts hours when fresh, clearly the fries were old so i obviously asked for new ones, already paying thousands at uni but you want to make student life harder by making people waste money on your horrible service. apparently it has "been too long" so you're unable to change the fries?? its been 15 mins of me eating my burger in front of you that i quite literally just purchased, how should i have known you gave old fries? never been to a place where they refuse to give you new fries, can't even make food up to the standard, even heard many complaints from others here too, what a waste of my money. everyone knows you're not getting paid that much to change out some gross fries that i literally paid for with my money a few...

I ordered a papa burger in lettuce wrap. It is the worst A&W lettuce wrap I have ever seen. If your company offers this on the menu maybe train the workers how to do it???? The worker has no idea how to make a lettuce wrap and let's say they don't know, they didn't even make an effort to make it a wrap---it was half open (see the picture taken after opening package before I took any bite). One can use their own abilities to come with something reasonable. This person just used some cut lettuce lying around instead of using one that could be made into a wrap. I am sure there were other lettuces in the kitchen. Plus, even though I just said papa burger, the cashier asked if I wanted cheese and I said "sure IF it comes with it". Then I was charged extra...
