Upinder needs to be replaced immediately. I am a regular customer at this location and never have been disrespected as bad as Upinder disrespected me.

I was the only person in line and she told me to please wait.. not a problem. 3 people walk in after me and she spends 15 minutes helping them with their orders because they are Uber drivers.

I had to wait 15 minutes just to order as the first person in line. When I confronted Upinder about it, she made it seem like I was in the wrong because Uber orders are more Important.

I spend min $50 every time I order for my family. I don't think your Uber driver even cares one but about the order they are picking up.

After all that. I did not even get an apology. I was wrong............. Unbelievable. I won't bother with this location... Plenty of other burger joints in the area, worth the...

I love A&W but this location had made an exception to that. The lady taking our order put both mustard and tomatoes on my girlfriends burger despite me asking 3 separate times for no mustard or tomato. She even repeated this back to me which made me assume she understood. As well we each got a root beer that was 3 quarters full. Finally I got some sweet potato fries and my dipping cup was maybe a quarter full. Not to mention the lady seemed like she was mad about something since when I said "thank you so much and have a great rest of your night" (as I always do), she scoffed and then slammed the window closed.
