A Delightful Culinary Experience Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at this remarkable restaurant with friends, where we were treated to an unforgettable culinary experience. Our server, Gurleen, was incredibly humble and attentive, setting the tone for what would be a delightful evening filled with authentic flavors and exquisite dishes. • Gongura Chicken Curry • Rani Chicken • Andhra Chicken Fry • Chicken Tikka • Ghee Roast Chicken Biryani • Vijaywada Chicken Biryani • Dynamite Chicken • Ras Malai • Masala Tea From the moment our dishes arrived, it was evident that we were in for a treat. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The authenticity of the food truly stood out, making it clear that great care had been taken in its preparation. The Gongura Chicken Curry was a standout dish; its tangy and spicy notes complemented the tender chicken perfectly. The Andhra Chicken Fry offered a delightful crunch on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside, showcasing the skillful balance of spices typical of Andhra cuisine. However, our absolute favorite was undoubtedly the Ghee Roast Chicken Biryani. This dish was a masterpiece—each grain of rice was infused with aromatic ghee and spices, creating an indulgent experience that left us wanting more. The Vijaywada Chicken Biryani, while also delicious, took a backseat to this exceptional biryani. The Dynamite Chicken added an exciting twist to our meal with its bold flavors and crispy texture. To round off our feast, we indulged in Ras Malai, which provided a sweet and creamy finish to our dining experience. Paired with steaming cups of Masala Tea, we felt completely satisfied. Conclusion Overall, our food experience at this restaurant was nothing short of a 10 out of 10. The flavors were incredibly yummy and authentically represented Indian cuisine. We left feeling full and happy, already planning our next visit to repeat order our favorites—the Ghee Roast Chicken Biryani, Gongura Chicken Curry, and Andhra Chicken Fry—while also eager to explore other items on their extensive menu. Reviewer note: Well after the first dish, we did not have patience to click photos of all that we ordered ( chuckle)

A Culinary Gem in Calgary – Bahubali Indian Cuisine is an Absolute Must-Visit! From the moment we stepped into Bahubali Indian Cuisine, we knew we were in for something special. The ambience is nothing short of stunning elegant yet welcoming. We began our evening with a round of amazing drinks that set the perfect tone. Each sip was a burst of refreshing flavor, expertly crafted to awaken the palate. The appetizers were an explosion of taste and texture . The Granite Corn was crunchy, tangy, and utterly addictive. Kanthari Paneer was spicy, tender, and full of character a true standout for vegetarians. And the classic Chicken 65 Absolutely spot-on with its bold, fiery flavors. Moving on to the mains, every dish was a celebration of authenticity and culinary mastery. The Malai Paneer Dosa was delicate and rich, served with a trio of chutneys and a soul-satisfying sambar a true South Indian delight. The Chicken Ghee Roast Biryani was aromatic and indulgent, with every grain of rice infused with deep, complex spices. The Paneer Ghee Roast Biryani was equally heavenly, offering a perfect vegetarian counterpart that didn’t compromise on flavor. Desserts. The Pistachio and Almond Ice Creams were creamy, nutty perfection. Kurbani Ka Meetha, a rare and rich Hyderabadi treat, was executed flawlessly. And the Milk Cake—soft, sweet, and nostalgic—was the perfect finale. What truly elevated the entire experience was the hospitality. A heartfelt shoutout to Hari and Ramya, whose warmth and attention made us feel like honoured guests in their home. Their passion for food and customer service shines through in every detail. I’ve had Indian food across Canada, but this was hands-down the best Indian food I’ve ever had here and I’m not exaggerating. Every bite told a story. Every dish was a memory in the making. Got so busy enjoying the meal that I did not take all the pictures 😅 Bahubali Indian Cuisine isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. One that I can’t wait to have again. 10/10. Highly, highly recommended.

A friend recently recommended an Indian restaurant for me to try knowing that I love spicy dishes. As I walked in to this restaurant, I was amazed at how packed it was as each table and sitting was used. I didn’t know that it was a special weekend of celebration in the Indian culture. I was greeted by a young lady name Mehak who sat me down to a spacious table within seven minutes when a spot was opened up. I ordered many various dishes to sample with suggestions given to me by Mehak. She took the time to explain the extensive menu offerings. It was a bit overwhelming but she guided me through it. I had one of the best Indian meals I’ve ever tasted in Calgary in a very very long time. Each dish was lovingly prepared with its own unique flavours. The highlight for me was the spicy Basa fillet dish. It was cooked in coconut-based sauce with green chilis and herbs. It hit my tastebuds with layers of flavours then at the end the heat of the spices kicked in. I was in a dining bliss! After my delicious meal the manager, Rabdi served me up a special dessert based upon a clsssic desert I love ordering at most Indian restaurants called Gulab Jamun though this time they added a special sauce so it was Gulab Jamun Rabdi that I tried. It was quite rich in its flavour and a fantastic way to end my meal. A special thank you goes out to both servers: Aman & Mehak who made my entire experience there enjoyable. If you haven’t tried out this restaurant, I highly encourage you to give it a go before it turns in to a place where reservations is highly recommended cause it’s a busy place. Locals in the know go here regularly.

The reason you go to a restaurant for dine in is to get great service, ambience and good food. But this restaurant failed on two of these main reasons service and food. There was no one to greet at the entrance. There were couple of employees sitting and talking by the door but did not care to greet us. We had to sit ourselves. It felt like we were uninvited guests in a party. It took 5 mins for someone to actually notice us and bring the menu. Then food also arrived very late when there were only three families sitting in the restaurant and we were the only one waiting for our order. It appeared like restaurant was more interested in making take out orders and didn’t care much about people who were dining in. Also, the food was just okay and little on salty side. We ordered two different dishes but they looked and tasted almost same. Looks like they used same gravy and spices in both dishes. Ambience was okay but too bright. They should have used yellow lights instead of very bright white lights. It didn’t feel very cozy there as it was just a big open room with tables all over. They should make some separate sections for seating to give more privacy to diners and also change the lighting. When we were leaving, this time there were two employees at the door but again busy talking to each other and didn’t bother to say us goodbye. Overall I would say they need to improve a lot to make it a better experience for diners unless their main focus stays on take out orders. No wonder on Friday evening there were only three tables occupied when good restaurants have waiting times on Fridays. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all if you are looking for a great experience for...
