I ordered aloo tikki burger for a take out and opened the burger in my car and what a disappointment!!!!!!!!!! It just had a tikki and plane orange coloured boiled noodles with mayonnaise, that’s it .!!!!!!! I went inside again and showed them the burger and asked it has no vegetables, I was politely answered by a representative that this is what aloo tikki burger means. I said I am so disappointed and being a customer I was expecting they will ask me ok if this is not what you were expecting let us make a new one or we can add some vegetables in it but NO I was just told again ehi hunda aloo tikki burger.Okay I could be wrong in understanding the menu but isn’t customer service important????? The food one thinks of eating and when they don’t get it , nothing could be more disappointing than that.. I paid $7.86 and wasted the money. Sector 17 name is not doing justice with the menu or customer service in my opinion. I will never go there or will recommend to anyone due to poor customer satisfaction. Mainu staff naal koi problem nhi but the policy should be if customer is not satisfied with the taste, do something to make them happy! I wish I could upload the picture of the burger but I don’t see the option. Oh another thing, I entered and was waiting for someone to talk to me but no one approached me and I had to myself call someone to ask when am I getting my order which was so weird. Poor...

I ordered some burgers and fries from sector 17 today and I must say the quality was the best. It was well cooked and the taste of the burger was awesome. Customer service was great as well, they were very nice. Akash and Parpreet treated us well and did everything on their end to make our experience great. We asked them to make it a little spicy and the burger was the right amount of spicy exactly how we like it. They were working really hard and our order was ready in less than 20 minutes even though they were really busy, they were really calm and had a smile on their faces whenever a customer approached them. The prices are a bit high according to me but the taste was really good so I don’t mind that much. This is our go to place just because of the taste and the treatment we get get from the staff.
