Im a regular customer, have been coming for a few years but today i was really disappointed. I was 20 mins away, called the front desk. Asked her if i can still order she quoted “ if you can come before 10 we will give ur order otherwise we wont”. I came at 9:53, called multiple time, the doors were locked, but they didnt proceed to open when had saw me outside. As i didnt move, one of the staff came to me and said we closed 5 mins ago. This is really unprofessional of the staff, they are big liers. Instead of apologizing and accommodating , the girls began to argue about how“ you should order before”. When i had called and they were about to close they could of just declined my order, i wont have driven all the way to get refused. If you cant deliver proper customer service than you shouldnt hire staff that dont know how to properly talk. When you loss one customer you will lose many. Typical mentality of serving clients. No value for the customer's time. They informed that the order will take 15 minutes to prepare but took more than 40 minutes. Even after reminders they kept me waiting almost 45 minutes for my order. I observed people who ordered after me got their Pakoras but me. Eveb pakoras were under cooked.Very unprofessional and rude. Will not recommend at all. Reply to owner: I called you store when I reached home and its 25 minutes away. U had already wasted my time when I was in ur store. It was ur mismanagement coz ur employees might have missed my order and when I complained about delay they made order in rush. Nothing better can be expected from you. I never write reviews but I felt I should after I tried to place an order today and the lady over the phone was so rude. I tried to ask a simple question and she replied so rudely and I also had more stuff to had but she cut me off and said it’ll be ready at 8:30 and I asked if I can order for advance around 9:00 and she told me “so you can call back then and place it again” I asked her a little confused “do you guys not take orders ahead of time?” Because the person who recommended me this place places her orders ahead of time often.
