I cant say enough good things about Chef’s Earth, the owners Kevin and Robyn are so personable, very responsive and really accommodating.
I discovered them at the Calgarys Farmers Market South, they have a selection of healthy and super tasty food, my go to is the steak and cheese wrap or the chicken avocado wrap. I looove their picnic pasta bowl: cauliflower, broccoli, celery, red onion, green onion, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, wine vinegar mayo and Parmesan cheese think KFC macaroni salad but without as much guilt 😆 As a kid, I loved the kfc macaroni salad and this brings back good memories! The salads are also great!!! 🥗
I enjoy them so much, I had them do some catering for my wedding. Communicating with them was a breeze! I ordered Goat Cheese Tartlets with Caramelized Pear & Mint, Bacon Wrapped Apricots with Sage and Honey Yogurt, Cucumber Timbals with Smoked Salmon Mousse and Popped Caper Relish (attached pictures from them) - they were a HUGE hit, so much that I only tried the goat cheese tartlet 🥲 everybody really loved them.
I highly recommend Chef’s Earth for super fresh, nutritionally dense meals. You can grab and go, have something freshly made right in front of you or message them for catering! They are super great and can accommodate your diet or daily needs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Read moreWe used to love this place. Love the fresh ingredients. But we found lately that the quality of the food has gone downhill. When we get the wraps home from the farmers market and go to heat them up in our Panini press… Often the wraps are quite damp and end up, exploding inside of our Panini press because of the moisture.
On top of that… We’re just not fans of chunky carrots inside of a wrap. I think there’s other ways that you can make a wrap with carrots inside so that the carrots are edible. The carrots are a different texture and quite solid inside of a very soft wrap.
While the flavours are Delicious, we’re finding that chopped leaf offers more value for the money in terms of ingredients, quality, and content of protein.
I’m really hoping that they can onboard this feedback and make some improvements because it’s one of our favourite...
Read moreThe ‘steak and rust’ bowl was not at all as advertised. (This was at the Farmers Market location). ‘Garlic mushrooms’ are actually just raw mushrooms with entire raw cloves of garlic thrown into the bowl as well? I guess it’s a DIY component? Good thing I brought the bowl home and was able to sauté them myself. I threw the mushrooms and whole garlic cloves into a saucepan which I guess was too much to ask from the cashier who still prompted me to tip of course. You can also see the raw onions that were supposed to be grilled and there were ‘herb tomatoes’ listed in the description of the bowl which are no where to be found....
