Update: March 8 Tonight I went back to this DQ around 930pm and ordered 2 blizzards again. Different flavors, but same request. Extra Oreo and Cheesecake pieces.
I mentioned that I was disappointed last time I was there as I paid $3 per blizzard for extra pieces and got nothing. I asked if they could please make sure it was mixed well with lots of pieces. The person delivered!! The blizzards were the best we've ever had 🤤 Thank you!!
We will be back. I wish I remembered their name. _ _ I went to this location tonight and got 2 medium blizzards. When I ordered my wife's, I explicitly asked for double extra Oreo; even making a joke about dumping the whole tub of Oreo into her blizzard because she loves it. I ordered my own with the same request, except I wanted cheesecake pieces. Additionally, I paid $3 PER blizzard for this.
Only to be extremely disappointed because there were absolutely NO Oreo pieces in my wife's blizzard. I counted 6 cheesecake pieces in my whole blizzard.

Been there 3 times now, and I go to this one because by the time I finish work (from Cochrane) and reach home, this is the closest one to our place. First time I arrived at exactly 10 PM - their doors were locked and the staff didn't bother looking at me. Fine. Second time I arrived at 9:55 PM - their doors were locked and another couple and I looked at our phones to make sure we weren't late. The staff completely ignored us. Third time (last night) I thought I'd leave work a bit early so that I can arrive to the restaurant 15 mns before their closing time. We get there at 9:45 PM (15 mns before their regular closing time), to hear "sorry our kitchen is closed"... We even told them to their face that this is really bad service, but why would they care?
But thanks for the customer service team DQ. You've lost potential customers because of your attitude and bad service. Keep up the great work....
