Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

i was craving late night pizza so badly, like when I say badly I mean I needed Donair pizza and papa johns donair pizza is one of my favourite other than seniors pizza. So it was 1130 placing order on the website from different locations near me, and when I pressed order for delivery after filling out my credit card information it had that loading thing for 5 to 10 minutes so I gave up on ordering online but sketchy how filling out my credit card three times and even putting in a password to sign up with an account. Anyways I called the Silverado, the Bridlecrest and the mclivor papa johns no answer but says open till 1am and 2 am so the time is 1240 am now and I decide screw it let’s call seton. A Filipino man answered and I asked for the deal on the website but that’s only for ordering online but he told me there is a similar deal for 29.99 for 2 medium 2 topping pizza. Even though the pick up was closed already he still went over and beyond to make my pizzas I got there at 1255 and to my surprise I noticed my pizzas were both large pizzas. I couldn’t have been more satisfied and happy with the actions this gentleman took. If ordering papa johns I’m only going to order pizza from this location because he saved my life and relieved my cravings. I forgot his name but he’s my hero......

This PapaJohns location is new to my family and we are very disappointed with the quality of pizza's at this location compared to the previous one. The owner of this franchise location must be super cheap or cut's corners because they skimp majorly on toppings. I guess we shouldn't be surprised. Our last order for the two large 2 toppings pizza special was pathetic and will be our last order at this location. Does the owner and management think people won't notice that you cheap out on toppings? Not only was there a lack of toppings, it looked like they randomly threw a few pepperoni and sausages on the pizza with no attention to presentation, layout or detail. I've seen this before when I worked with a corporate food service supply company..cutting corners and using inferior quality (cheaper) products/ingredients to save a buck. Surprised they haven't started to charge for the pizza boxes. Greed is a real thing... and it really shows at this location. You won't get another dime from us or our friends that I have shared this with on...

Yikes, I wish I read these reviews before ordering a pizza! I had a coupon, created an account so I could order online. This started at 10pm. The process couldn't accept the SUTP book coupon (PJ's is a Sponsor of this book btw! So I placed the order anyway and called the customer service number on the webpage to ensure the coupon code is applied. Talked to a really nice person in the US, they assured me the order is placed correctly now. Then I get a call from the crowfoot location saying my order won't be filled because I'm too far away from them and the closer location is closed. I go online to find another pizza place and see Papa Johns across the street is still open for another 40 minutes!!! So I call there directly and explain the situation. Spoke to the manager and she is sending pizza my way! I will add more when and if I get the pizza. I'm almost afraid to try it now with the...
