Ordered sukiyaki beef, asked for double beef. Total came to almost $14 with no beverage just 1 plate of rice/veg/beef. There was very little beef for the excessive price. I could go to a nice sit down restaurant with a server at my table for that price. Terrible value, they're food cost for that plate might be up to $3 and marking it up to almost $14 is too much for mediocre fast food. Rip off really. Too expensive, and not full after eating every lousy bite. I will not be returning. I'll support the local family operated little guy that gives way better food for way better value. Additionally the little family owned guy values my business and looks forward to my returning. These guys made me feel like I'm interrupting their day and now the have to make me food at their great inconvenience. The employees don't care if I return to this corporately owed franchise or not. They just wanna clock their hours and go home. I wish I could get my money back and go home as well. Terrible value, low quality beef, overpriced not so fast food. This corporation doesn't need your money/support and the menu price/portion reflects that....
Read moreDo not recommend!! Very unprofessional employees. I gave the lady at the counter my order repeatedly & she dismissively kept saying “I know” but still got it wrong. When we got home, we realized they gave us the wrong order & when we called back to let them know, a male employee was apologizing while the lady was screeching in the back (very loudly, you could hear her on the phone) that we were in the wrong. They took our bento box back and scrapped the rice off of it. They took the same veggies/meat from the rice & threw it on the noodles on the grill, burning the veggies in the process. I don’t think that’s sanitary at all. The atmosphere was not also great. One of the chefs was loudly banging something on the counter & the same lady was screaming at him to stop, all while we were waiting...
Read moreI ordered a Sushilicious Platter with some hesitation as I watched the trades people working on the vents over-top the cooking area - pulling out filters to clean them ostensibly. I had to wait for the chef (who was assisting the tradesmen) to notice me and call someone to give me forks because chopsticks are difficult for seniors. The sushi was loosely wrapped and did not hold together well and half the pieces had some stuff piled on top. I didn't know what it was - it was in the picture but who knows, maybe some onions with poutine? Hard to see. Something like Cheese Wiz poured over top of most of the pieces. I scraped it all off. Yuch. A couple of the pieces tasted moldy. The next day I had the runs badly. I don't know if that is related but it could be probable. They don't...
