Famous Wok — Restaurant in Calgary

OVERCOOKED, TERRIBLE PORTION SIZES, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is my second time buying their food; for a second time I was disappointed and threw half of it out. They overcooked the noodles, the broccoli, and yes, even the deep fried meat. I couldn’t get my fork into it. Their portion sizes make no sense… 3/4 if the plate are cheap noodles, another quarter is meat (mostly breaded), and a small portion of the only vegetable they had which was broccoli on the top. I complained about barely getting any broccoli and she got was uncooperative and argued that was the portion size. They charged me almost $13.00 and I t’s clear they are filling the plate with cheap food and skimping on something that’s actually healthy and marginally more costly which I paid for. This Chinese food court dine charges everything now. They won’t even tell you , plastic for your to go, cups for your water , spoon / fork and even sauce that goes with the food that you order. The three chinese server there are rude. And their crispy chicken are just small chicken and all around it is a flour that makes it look bigger. You would think that they give you a lot in one serving but its just rice or noodle and few small portion of what ever item you want, and take note of the this breaded item , very tiny meat / chicken inside. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. There’s still some other food in the food court to try and enjoy but not these Famous wok! yuk! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNHEALTHY ALL...

No stars would be better. Just ordered food from here and gave them tip too. Because one of the dishes that weren't ready yet I asked I get the rest of the food now and I will come back for the rest. I waited a while then finally went back... they said it was ready!!! I asked for it, to which they replied bring you plates back. I asked them my wife is eating can't you just give it in an other small container? Both the girls looked at each other and one of them gave me a discussted look and said we not supposed to do that.
