I would give zero stars if I could. I was standing in line while being socially distant, there were 3 people ahead of me and the girl at the counter was calling each person one by one inside the store which is completely fair. When the person in front of me placed an order, the barista at the counter walked away and was standing in the corner, I thought there were too many people in the store, so I decided to wait expecting them to call me in when they were ready. The barista at the counter knew I was waiting and so did the barista making the coffee, they were looking right at me but no acknowledgement like be there in a minute or something. Then after a couple of minutes, another person walks past me from the opposite direction and stands right at the counter to place an order, I was expecting the baristas to say something, but lo and behold, the barista decided to take her order and just skip the line. The people in front of me waiting for their coffee asked me to step in and tell them off but I just decided to walk away and never return. I am all for supporting local businesses but not like this, waited patiently for 15 minutes for nothing. I enjoyed my cup of coffee from...

I visited your location this afternoon and was very disappointed with the customer service. The line setup was confusing, and no one bothered to inform me that I was standing in the wrong line until more customers had queued behind me.

Eventually, a staff member brewing coffee rudely told us to move to a different line, and I ended up waiting behind people who had arrived after me. This was a frustrating and unnecessary waste of time.

For such a busy location, better signage would go a long way in helping customers know where to line up. More importantly, if staff see someone in the wrong line, they should politely inform them right away instead of allowing the confusion to continue.

While I do enjoy the quality of your coffee, the poor customer service experience today did not reflect that same standard. Your team would benefit greatly from additional training in customer service and communication.
