Our visit occured on August 21, 2022 Around 2:45 pm My son's order was placed with a gentleman, he had ordered a falafel wrap with fries stating there were to be no tomato. We noticed the order being placed on the screen with the omission if tomato. As we stood in line and observed a order being prepared, my son remarked... is that mine, while noticing the wrap being prepared with tomato... It was being prepared by a female employee. She was scooping on tomatoes, when questioned she agreed it was his, we remarked it was not supposed to have tomatoes, she asked if we wanted them picked off. My son who was being polite said no, it would be okay. I said well it was not supposed to have tomatoes if she observed the screen in front of her. To my son's request, she kept on assembling it and asked " do you want hot peppers? " He answered yes...again had she been watching and reading her screen she would have known this too. What's the sense of providing these options when placing an order if the employee is not going to follow the request. While at the mall with my 2-year-old daughter, I ordered a Pita Wrap with fries and a bottled pop for $17.90. Since I had a 1:30 PM reservation at the Wildlife Park for Kids, I requested a receipt after nine minutes, informed the cashier I’d return for my order, and left with the bottled pop.
When I returned 45 minutes later, the cashier insisted I had already picked up my order. A supervisor checked their system but couldn’t confirm whether it had been fulfilled. As I stood there with my daughter, she rudely told me to move to the next counter for help with my order so she could attend to the next customer. No one apologized for the terrible experience, so I left.
Later, I returned to request a refund or my receipt, which I had previously handed over. They refused a refund but...
Read moreI have my lunch here today august 26 in between 11-11:30 AM im gonna remember these, 1 guy and 1 girl who prepared my order both of them absolutely brutal in customer service, i re order olympus bowl and of course i was expecting the same what i ordered last time but what they served me today is totaly different so i ask why? And they said what they give me last time is platter so im trying to tell that i want the same as that, they dont even offer me that platter and i dont mind paying extra but the one i dont want is how they react no apologies, no offer that they can make me that platter but pay extra, customer service specially that guy is ZERO KNOWLEDGE. We customers need good customer service as well not only good food.
