Admittedly, I eat a lot of subway. If i we’re to put a number on it... over 200 times in the last 5 years... probably well over 1000 trips in my illustrious 30 year eating career. So I’ve seen my fair share of sandwich artists and their work. Recently, my sandwich of choice is the Chicken Caesar signature wrap— however a huge frustration is this being a “recipe” sub — it throws off the artist... always. Despite it being printed on a recipe card... (and having to direct the artist to refer to said recipe card) i kid you not it’s executed correctly 2 times out of 10. Literally wrong cheeses, wrong chicken, spinach finding it’s way in. No parm. Even one time they threw in pickles. This is not location specific... EVERY Location struggles with this. Being a auburn bay resident I have a selection of Subways to choose from... and by a large margin, Seton location has always had superior team. So, when the craving came on today... I naturally went on down and had the perfect experience. The SA perfectly understood the order. Confirmed the recipe was desired. Perfectly crafted the sandwich and perfectly grilled it and then, always a nice touch... cut it in two. Having ordered over a 100 of these wraps. This was most perfect one I had ever tasted. And lucky for my wife, I got two wraps. So she also enjoyed it and shared the same sentiment. I know this is extreme getting all misty eyed over a sandwich but it’s well deserved. Great job!

Read moreLove that this Subway is open 24 hours, it provides a healthier late night option. Was in late at night and was helped by two guys Augustin, and Arnold. I'm not one to post reviews often but the experience was worthy of one. Augustin, was friendly and had such great energy. He did an awesome job of handling the incoming orders including those that were coming through on skip as well as my husband and I who were in the store. Arnold was polite and efficient.
Overall, as someone who is hired to do restaurant consultations and staff training for a living, I was impressed by the work ethic and positive attitude of these two employees. It's few and far between to find employees that are willing to work the late shift that are as positive and good at their job as these two.
Side note the music that was playing was great, and the subs were awesome. The establishment was kept clean, and both Augustin and Arnold followed proper health and safety expectations with glove changes, glove removal at till, and clean work...

I visited this Subway location on August 31st at around 5 AM, and unfortunately had a really unpleasant experience. I specifically requested cheese on my order, and when it wasn’t added, I politely asked for it to be corrected. Instead of a simple fix, I was met with a very rude attitude from the staff member. He basically lectured me about how long he’s worked there and was dismissive, implying that I had no right to ask for my order to be made correctly.
This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially at such an early hour when there were no other customers and this could have been handled easily. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and I’m honestly hesitant to eat what I purchased. I strongly believe management needs to address this behavior and ensure proper training in professionalism.
