Hakka Indian & Chinese Food — Restaurant in Calgary

My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years. We love the veggie Manchurian, chicken fried noodles, and veggie fried rice. The momos/dumplings are excellent, as well. I understand the mixed reviews. The ambience is very casual, the service is informal, and the washrooms are distasteful... But we go to Hakka just for the food. Customer Service is a little lacking for sure. The food was good, though. The only thing was when we ordered the sizzler - she brought the hot sizzler out, and the food that was to be on the sizzler separately. Then she poured the food onto the sizzler platter at the table, causing all the smoke to go in the restaurant. Everyone in the restaurant started coughing. A little silly. This should have been done at the back where there is a vent.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had in my life. The waitress was very rude, and inattentive. She brought the exact same plates, lied that they were different items, and then argued about what we had ordered... She didn't bring out the right dishes, and forgot half the items we had ordered.
