Slow and poor customer services. I came here twice. Both experiences are not nice. They are rude. Especially the manager last night gave me an attitude that she did not like her job and she did not want to serve me. After I ordered, my 2 year old boy ran away from me. I told her that I would come back. She did not even bother to give me a reaction. About 10 mins later, I came back. The drink was still not ready. I only ordered 2 drinks. Fantastic! New owners and they're running it wonderfully! Staff are kind and friendly, the drinks are great, never had chunks in my smoothies when I visit them, they always double blend if they think it's not blended enough, and the owners ensure the food is made fresh! Owners are very friendly and they get along with kids well, so great place to bring your kids after their hockey or swimming! Horrible! The guy behind the counter had a cat giving the middle finger on it? Didn't say a word when I approached to order. Literally just stared at me. Pompous and arrogant. I would seriously consider torching the franchise owner of this location.
