Paid $9 for a drink I was wanting to try just to have it made completely wrong. It was supposed to have blueberries, strawberry’s and oat milk and it had bananas, and almond milk. It was quite busy so I didn’t end up tasting it until I had walked outside and noticed it didn’t taste like any of the things it was supposed to have in it. I was in to much of a time crunch to go back and have them remake or get a refund. Very disappointed. To top it off my partner and I were the first ones to order. (Had no orders in front of us) my partner got his drink quickly and mine didn’t come out until they finished everyone who was a head of us and asked if we were waiting for something. I told them I was waiting for my drink and they said “oh yeah, what was it” I’ve worked in service industry and understand it gets busy and you forget things but they looked at me multiple times before asking what I was waiting on and didn’t even end up getting it right. Large selection of items, on electronic screens that rotate as you are trying to read them, which is frustrating. It's also awkward to be standing back to read and see prices, and have staff engage you, I'm trying to stay back to show I may not even shop, just wait. Once ready to order the staff is nice, friendly, and had good suggestions if still indecisive. Drinks are made pretty quick, and all that I have had were tasty, can't complain. It's a chain, so they’re made to a recipe with measured ingredients anyways. But pricey, especially for a college campus, but again, it's set...

Payed extra for fresh fruit and peanut butter. The girl who made my drink had to take my smoothie out of the blender twice because she forgot ingredients. I also watched her aggressively pump way too much date syrup into my drink, which resulted in dates being the only thing I could taste. I think she was a new employee so I don’t want to criticize her too much, everyone has to learn somehow. Just disappointing to pay $14 for a drink and have to...
